You're in for a treat, Fall in VT is spectacular. There are lots of places to hike/walk close by, including trails on the mountain. About 10 min away is a small waterfall with a boardwalk path called Thundering Brook Falls. There are some longer trails right there, too. There are some cute towns (Woodstock has a nice Cafe (Mont Vert), Manchester has a nice bookstore and some outlets. Burlington is a little further away but worth a drive. The Quechee Gorge is pretty. There's a nature center and a race track not too far as well. If you let me know what kind of things you're interested in, I can give you some more recommendations.

Walking distance to the slopes! Our studio is located in the Mountain Green Resort Condo Complex located at the top of the Killington Access Road - the best location in Killington.

Comfortable, clean, cozy studio has everything you need for your stay - sheets, towels, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster. Wi-fi, Xfinity Flex Streamer, King bed, queen sleep sofa, pack n play (please bring sheets for pack n play if you plan to use it). Privacy curtain closes to separate sleeping and living areas. As is common in Vermont lodging, this unit has heat but no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans.

Please note: We do not have "Cable TV" but we do have Xfinity streaming services where you get many free and some local channels.

Free parking, public app (paid) operated washing machines and dryers.

Killington Ski Resort includes Killington & Pico mountains with over 190 trails, 29 lifts, and the highest lift-served terrain in the state of VT. With an average of 250" of natural snowfall every season, this exceptionally diverse terrain is an East Coast skiing paradise. Killington offers classic winter activities like boarding and skiing, as well as sleigh rides, tubing, snowshoe tours, and scenic gondola rides.

In the summer, walk to Snowshed's Summer Adventure Center for kayaking and paddle boarding, indoor arcade, mountain bike, ride the Beast Mountain Coaster and Zip Line Racer, climb the 4-story Skye Ropes Course, explore the lush terrain by ATV or Segway Tours, and much, much more. Go fishing or rent a kayak in one of the nearby rivers, local ponds or lakes. Hike the wildflower-laden paths. Rent a mountain bike and fly down the once snow-covered trails to get your adrenaline pumping. The Killington Golf Course is right next door and the Green Mountain National Golf Course is only 9 miles away. Close to VT Long Trail, the Appalachian Trail and Thundering Brook Falls (small waterfall on boardwalk path through marshland).

Ample free parking is available onsite. Walking distance to Killington Mountain Snowshed and Ramshead base areas. Short drive to other base areas. There is a shuttle that runs between the resort and the ski areas during the winter months.

Walking distance to some restaurants (including the Killington Distillery and the onsite Hops on the Hill) and shops (onsite Black Dog Sports) and a short drive to additional shopping and eateries.

10 minute drive to Pico Mountain. 30 minute drive to Okemo Resort. 2 hours from Burlington, VT, 3 hours from Montreal.

We love pets but we are sorry the Condo Association does not allow them. There are some steps you will need to climb to enter the building.

PLEASE NOTE - the whole resort is under constructions, as a results balcony may be blocked, there is a limited parking next to the building and it may be noisy during the day.
