Nice Relaxing Vacation

We had a very nice stay at this home. We were a little bummed that we couldn't get the fourth bedroom since it was used seperately. But the place was beautiful. I loved the decoration and atmosphere. The pool and clubhouse were nice, peaceful, and easy to use. It was nice to be on the other side of the bridge and away from all the commercial-ness of the boardwalk. But hard to drive to the beach with our two families with four kids. We really enjoyed the property!

Love this Condo!!

My husband a few of our cousins and friends rented this condo from Lee and Jan for a friends and family getaway. We wanted to find a place large enough to accommodate all of us and also take advantage of a week where it would be a little less pricey. We chose this condo and Lee worked with us on the price because it was still considered peak season but the kids were back at school. This unit was absolutely the best find! We loved everything about this place from the decor to the layout and we were just minutes from the beach! We hope to come back to Ocean City next year and if we do we definitely would stay hear again.

Perfect for families!

We could not have asked for a better experience while staying in Ocean City, MD! The unit was exactly as described with more room than we knew what to do with. The high quality of everything in the unit made the experience relaxing, comfortable and ensured we had everything that we needed at our finger tips. Working with the owners was easy as they are so kind, had EXCELLENT communication, and were truly there for us to answer any questions we had as well as to provide suggestions regarding things to do and great travel tips. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit in the future! It was great for our large family with young kids as well :) Awesome experience all around!

Best Location Ever!!!

We have a large family and we so we were looking for a larger unit that is quiet but yet accessible to the beach and supermarket because we like to cook and Lee definitely has a great unit. The townhouse worked perfectly for us because the kitchen was big and you can see the serene bay as we cook and had cocktails. The best part of each day was after the kiddos went down for a nap (between 4-7pm) and the adults just sat around the super-sized granite island and enjoyed how the sun lit up the unit and the bay behind the unit. The community is very quiet which was surprising because we were literally a stone's throw from everything! We have already recommended this to our niece who was looking for a place in Ocean City for her wedding. Thanks for such a wonderful time with family Lee and Jan!

Best New Years Eve a Family could ask for

We rented this beautiful townhouse for our new years eve family get together since some of our family members wanted to see what Berlin, MD was all about. It was such a great trip for everyone and we can't wait to get back next year. The unit was amazing even in the dead of winter and it was much larger than we thought it would be. Our family had 8 adults and a few children and everyone had more than enough room. This was a great location and find!!

Our family has stayed at this house for two years straight. We love it. All our children can come and enjoy a fun week at OC. Its a great location we are a few minutes from the beach. You can get jet ski's at Hoopers 2 minutes away. Lee and Jan are the best they cant do enough for you and help anyway to make your stay great. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The bay is so beautiful and if you have a boat fishing was not as great this year but we always have fun. No better memories than family ones.

Great Location and Service!

Our stay for the weekend was great. We have a large group that we come down with every year and struggle to find a place big enough for us. The Bayhouse was more than enough space and was in a great location right before the bridge over into OCMD. Everything we needed was within a 2 mile radius. We come down every year for a huge softball tournament with two families and this was perfect. Lee was very helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. I would recommend staying here if you have a party larger than 10. We plan on making this our location to stay for the upcoming years!

USSSA Softball Worldseries

We came to Ocean City for the 2015 USSSA Softball Worldseries. As we searched for a place to stay for a large group of families I came across Lee's rental. All I can say is wow!!! Lee was there to answer everyone of my questions from the very beginning (even when he was vacationing in Puerto Rico) through our entire stay even coming by and changing the lock code in the middle of the week after one of our kids on the team yelled out our house lock code in front of all the neighbors making a few of the moms nervous (I will say there was no concern because this is a super quiet and safe neighborhood but put our groups mind at ease when Lee knocked on the door the next morning) Lee was great. He met us at check in let us on the house and did a walk through to ensure we would have no questions about anything in the rental. We had lots of extra room for our softball team even with 5 girls wanting to sharing a room and the adults taking the other rooms. Having the garage to store lots of ball gear was a great peace of mind not having to ride around OC with expensive gear in our trucks. The pool was a great way to cool down after games. There was plenty of shops,stores, and restaurants in walking distance. We will be back for next year's World Series. Lee see you then and keep up the great work....you will continue to make many families vacations a memorable one!!!!! Ron Northern Calvert Fury -12U Softball

Family vacation

Lee, the home owner was very friendly. We contacted each other by text. He was very nice and helpful. My family stayed at his town home for the 4th of July weekend. We had a great time and will be returning soon. We also recommended our family and friends. Probably the best price in town. It is a very nice house.

Great Family Getaway!

Wonderful townhouse and great location! Lee was awesome to work with and what a godsend! He worked with us to provide our family a wonderful getaway (at the last minute) and time to spend together as a family before an upcoming surgery. He met us at the property and spent time talking with us about our family and his. He answered our questions about the best places to go and things to do during our short stay. He was accessible by phone and got back to us right away if we needed him or checked in with us as well. We were able to enjoy ourselves and I was able to relax and enjoy the view of the bay and Ocean City from the three balconies. The property was very clean and spacious and everyone had time to either be together or have their own place to retreat too. Everyone loved his townhouse! We never made it to the pool but it looked very clean and just around the corner from the property. You felt safe in the neighborhood as well. Easy access to the main roadway and minutes to Ocean City without all the traffic. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and the outlets. Plenty of parking. We hope to be able to stay there again in the future. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Ocean City!

Labor Day weekend getaway

My friends and I could not have dreamed of a better place to stay for our vacation. We fell in love with everything about the house, especially the spacious and modern kitchen, the views of the bay, the community pool, and the master bedroom. We couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the house is. The location is also ideal; it's quiet and the beach is a quick drive away (and Chickfila and outlet shopping are walking distance!). The owner was very accommodating and gracious enough to provide extra air mattresses and was always available via phone/text in case we needed anything or had any questions. We had such a wonderful time thanks to him :).

Boat House

The house was great... clean, spacious, with all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We just missed a large dinner table where we all would have fit. A vacation treasure.

A third stay for us at The Bowline unit for our extended family from NJ and it is a great feeling walking through the door and letting vacation begin. I love the spaciousness, comfort, peace and quiet and most of all the beauty of the bay views and boardwalk skylines from our side of the bay from either of the two private decks and downstairs patio, day or night. Let me tell you about the gorgeous sunrises....you will not be able to resist the temptation to wake up early to see them. Stunning! Every attraction is minutes away, Assateague beaches, the boardwalk, outlet shops, restaurants, amusement parks and grocery stores. Great moments, many great memories will be made here.

Bay House

The house was great...clean, spacious, with all the amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The master bedroom was particularly large and great, with double sink, jacuzzi. Perfect Family Beach House!

My family and I just returned from a week stay at this home. My twin sister and I have a 3 month old and a 8 month old,and this was our first trip as a family. We couldn't have asked for a better home, and better yet the location is perfect. Only a mile to the boardwalk, and several restaurants in walking distance. If you are looking for a NICE townhouse for a family vacation this is the one to stay at! We will definitely be returning! Great home, with great views, a must stay!!

Family Fun Vacation

Our family enjoyed this house so very much. Our weather could have been better but we spent great family time in the family room. Great location, quiet, beach not far. Food great in area. I came across this property and was very happy to work with Lee. I remember how nice he was last year and how caring he was to your comfort and having everything good for your week stay. 4th of July weekend

We had a very pleasant time this large weekend, we were all from outside the states so it was very nice to spend those days in such a typical American house. It has a lot of room and all the conveniences required to spend relaxing time near by the beach. it felt like home! And the barbecue gave it a special touch! Could not have asked for a better place to stay. So close to Ocean City beach, Assateague, Putt Puutm and fantastic dining (go to Captain's Galley II for crabcakes). Lee's place was perfect. Pool and workout facility were nice and just a short walk. Dumser's was close, too! Amenities were great. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Very quiet community. Thanks Lee!

Fabulous Townhouse in a Great Location!!!

The townhouse was fabulous and just the right size we needed for our extended family to have a great vacation together in one place. The spacious room sizes, multiply bathrooms and huge kitchen worked wonderfully for us. The townhouse was very clean and has been well maintained. The view from the back of the house on the 2 balconies of the Ocean City skyline is breathtaking. The pool was a large size pool compared to many smaller condo development pools. This location was close to everything you need without being in the congestion of the Ocean City traffic. Lee (the owner) personally met us at the townhouse and gave us a full tour on our day of arrival. Lee answered all questioned we had during the week and responded very quickly when we texted him. We would highly recommend this place to all our family and friends. Thanks Lee for having a great place for us to rent.

Another great vacation

This was are third year here and we just love it. The townhouse is just beautiful inside, the outside decks overlooking the bay are great. We're are so comfortable that we feel like that we are home. Everything is so close by and easy to get to. They have great restaurants, fishing and golf courses. There are so many activites going on you can always find something to do. Lee is such a great guy and easy to deal with. We feel we were very lucky to find this place. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Fantastic home, fantastic owner!

Great looking house with modern furnishing, great location not far from the beach. Seller provided multiple air beds upon my request and was always very quick to reply to my inquiries. Smooth transaction, never any hiccups, extremely happy with the property, will definitely be doing business again with Lee. Met Lee in person and he is extremely friendly and all around a great person -- you really can't ask for a better person to do business with. Thanks Lee!

When I looked out of the private deck off the master suite I knew it was what I was looking for. The two private decks overlooking the bay is perfect to sit and spend time with family and friends. The next thing that I fell in love with was how much space there was and the open floor plan. There are quite a few upgrades that we have already put in and we are always looking to improve the bay house to offer a truly exceptional beach experience.

The most important thing that most people comment on after their stay at the bay house is how private and convenient the location was. You can have as much fun as you want in Ocean City but at the end of the day when it comes to relaxing, you will feel how private and secluded the bay house can be.
