Great place to stay

The property was very nice! Just as described when booking. Location was good, very close to things to do in Bay St Louis. Host was friendly and responsive. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Overall, a great experience and would definitely book this property again.

Simply wonderful

Perfect spot for a girls long weekend. Tricia could not have been more helpful, and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great stay at Sunkissed

Booking was easy and the check in instructions clear. The space was exactly as described/pictured. Personal touches of snacks and toiletries were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the big walk in-shower! Our weekend was comfortable and fun, with shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended this host!!

This was a great experience. The property is awesome, and the property manager is very professional. I definitely recommend staying here. I would not change a thing, except maybe invite a couple more friends and rent both of them. We will definitely be back! Thank y'all for a wonderful weekend!!

We can't wait to return

My sister in law and I visited the Blaizy Dayz this past weekend and we couldn't have felt more at home! We needed a "me" weekend to unwind and this place filled the bill! The rooms were tastefully decorated, the backyard was a peaceful haven and there were so many items provided in each room, that you didn't want for a thing. Thank you Tricia and Candace for making our stay the ultimate! We plan on returning with our better halves in the near future.

SunKissed - Depot District

Stayed for the weekend and it was convenient to everything we planned on doing. Instructions for check in were clear and Tricia was responsive to the couple questions we had once arriving. Would stay again.

Quick recharge

I needed a couple of days to rest and recharge at my happy place - the beach. SunKissed was the perfect place to stay while in BSL! Property was adorable and well kept and close to everything. The drinks and snacks provided were a very nice touch. Host was very kind and responsive. Will definitely stay at SunKissed again!

Visiting Family Nearby

In between visiting family, we were able to walk to the beach, walk downtown for dinner or enjoy a bike ride. The back yard with a grill made for a relaxing evening with the family. Overall, It’s a great location and clean rental with a great backyard. We will definitely rent again.

Duplex in a beach town

Our family getaway was fantastic fun. The owner made check-in and check-out very easy. I think she never sleeps because she literally responded in minutes whether I messaged her in the middle of night or the middle of the day. The comfortable property appears to have been renovated in the last year or two. We used the SunKissed unit as our launchpad for activities around New Orleans during Mardi Gras. Without traffic, you are just 1 hour outside the French Quarter. We realize we lucked out with traffic and parade routes, but a couple days in a row we made it from our door near the Mississippi coast to standing on St Charles at big parades in an hour and 20 minutes. If you plan to visit plantations on the west side of New Orleans, please realize you'd be starting out an hour East of NOLA... But we planned for that drive time, so we did that too. Somehow we also had a short time to tour the relatively sleepy town of Bay St Louis. It's so cute. The beach is a little more than a half mile from the SunKissed property... And again, we lucked out with 80 degrees and bright sunshine. The water was much warmer at the beach than we thought, (mid February) so we didn't wear our swimsuits and we only went up to our knees. 3 nights was just NOT enough time for us! We came for Mardi Gras and discovered you should spend a lifetime in a friendly town like Bay St Louis.

Growing up part time in New Orleans and part time in Bay St. Louis, this town is in my blood. I have been in the hospitality business for almost 30 years in NOLA, and I love entertaining! When I can't spend time with my 23 year old twin girls, you can find me spending time in The Bay.

We are located in the Depot District, 2 blocks from the beach and steps away from Old Town. We are close to everything th!e Gulf Coast has to offer

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This building used to be many things before becoming a short term rental. At one time or another, it was Lusich's department store, a cabinet making shop, an accounting firm, a salon and most recently a studio/home. My husband and I bought the building in September 2020 with a vision of allowing other people enjoy the quaint town of Bay St. Louis and all it has to offer. We gutted the building and built 2 separate units, Blaizy Dayz and SunKissed.
