Walkable access to Hart park and all the restaurant's and bars in downtown Wauwatosa. Great area to enjoy with family or friends. Lots of festivals and music in the park that you can hear from the deck in the back. An easy ride to downtown Milwaukee, Summerfest Grounds, Fiserv Forum, Children's Hospital, and the Brewers Stadium as well. Basement is finished with a pool table, dart board, and foosball. House is roomy with plenty of space entertain.

Great place to stay!

My husband, four sons and I stayed here and it was perfect. We loved the game room and spacious 2 living rooms...everyone had plenty of space to spread out! Comfy beds, clean property and easy access within minutes of anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go!

Great House and Location

As listed, clean and perfect communication. Located a short walk from the shops on 68th and Wells, and a short drive to Marquette and downtown Milwaukee.

Great stay!

We came to town for a concert at American Family Field and this was a great location! Clean, lots of space for 3 couples, and great to have a garage to park in! Josh was very helpful with a couple questions I had too!

Clean and comfortable

We had family gather for a wedding in the area and this was the perfect spot for us. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed with the fun basement game room to boot.

Comfort and convenience

We enjoyed the games in the basement and easy walk to coffee shop and restaurants in Wauwatosa. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out.

Long weekend stay

Overall the property was in a good location, on a busy street but not too noisy, and was consistent with the online listing. Communication through the VRBO app was frustrating at times, however the host was responsive in person and via text during our stay.

Perfect location in a cute neighborhood. Very spacious. Would highly recommend for a large group. Lots of seating areas and game room for entertaining bored kids.

The house was spacious and very clean! The beds were comfy! The downstairs and back deck are where we spent most of our time enjoying ourselves. It is located in a nice neighborhood and not far from what Milwaukee has to offer! I would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

Place was cute, clean, and the perfect short distance to Brewers stadium. Beds were so comfortable, Josh was always quick to respond and help, highly recommend!!! We all said we would be back if we were in the area again! Thank you Josh!

The house was very spacious and clean. Josh was quick with responses and very detailed. He even recommended an amazing place to eat for the first night. My family absolutely enjoyed their stay here

Family friendly

My kids loved staying here. They especially loved the game room in the basement. The property is a little older but very nice. The property manager is very helpful and responds to text quickly. There were extra linens and towels. We were in town to visit family. We are looking forward to going back in the future.

Concert weekend

Perfect location for a concert at American Family Field. Accommodations were as stated in the description. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the microwave. We easily took care of the milk that was left in the fridge and the wet towels that were folded and put away in the linen closet upstairs. Would stay again!

Nice stay-would stay again

Overall good stay. It had enough room for our group of 7. Market just down the road for groceries. Check in was super easy. Owner quick to respond to any question. Best part was how close it was to the state fair and Brewer stadium. Home in a couple of minutes from each even with traffic. Just be aware that it is an older home so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues and parking (besides the garage) is really non-existent.

Great Property

We really enjoyed this property. It was spacious, clean, and had everything you need and more. The kitchen was stocked with all of the tools and utensils that you can look for, to make any meal. The beds were real beds, instead of those cheap pop-up beds, so I was able to get a good night's rest. The basement was packed with fun thing to do... Pool Table, dart board, and foosball table. My teenage son and I stayed up all night playing. We had a ball. I will definitely be staying at this property again, if it is available during my trips to Milwaukee.

Tosa Home

I would love to give this stay 5 stars however there were a few issues we encountered. Upon arrival we found there to be no clean towels. Most were still in the washer and half in the dryer but still wet. When we preheated the oven it started to smell weird and we found a plastic bottle inside it. We found out that there had been 2 parties there over the weekend so the cleaners didn't have time to properly clean. There were also open alcohol containers in some of the dressers, and all the darts for the dart board were broken. This was very frustrating as we were there for a funeral and I still had to pay the full cleaning fee even though it wasn't clean for us. Also, note - although the listing says 10 occupants, there is an extra fee for any over 4 that is not listed anywhere and I did not know about until seeing my invoice. The house itself is in a fantastic location and set up well. It was nice having space to move around and a garage to park in. The beds were very comfy and the shower offered very hot water and good water pressure. I The host was quick to respond to all messages I sent while we were there but did not offer anything for our inconvenience or to make the situation right. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

This a a great area near downtown Wauwatosa. It is very walkable to the downtown area which has many restaurants and bars. There are many events just in this little downtown and also Milwaukee is only 10 minutes away.
