The backyard outdoor space is exceptional, with rocking chairs, a fountain, herb garden space and bird feeders that attract humming birds and all their friends.

The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly with any questions. The home was perfect for our needs, clean and a great location to explore Bentonville and beyond.I loved the ice maker, all the Keuring pods and the magnified mirror in the master baths! Little touches that made the stay even nicer.

Great location with easy access to Coler. Kids loved both the house and the area. Everyone appreciated the hot tub after some long days playing. The garden is a lovely touch. Would be on the short list to stay again if we make it back to the area.

Clean, easy to communicate, very well thought out amenities, and the host was very responsive to anything we needed, which wasn’t much of anything! We will definitely be back. Perfect stay for our MTB vacation as a family. We will be back for sure next summer!

Great location

The house was wonderful. It was right in the middle of two different trail systems. Is a huge plus being able to soak in the hot tub after a long day of riding.

Wonderful family-friendly property!

What a wonderful property! Excellent communication, great amenities, perfect for families. We had the absolute best weekend in Bentonville (despite the rain) and loved the house! It was even better than I expected (which rarely happens). Thanks for the memories!

First Bentonville Trip

This was our first trip to Bentonville for a mountain biking trip. We had 8 adults and this house was perfect! The communication before we booked as well as leading up to our stay was fantastic! This house will be our go-to when we return. Thank you Tom and Gina! -The Bama Boys-

Very bike friendly location

Are house was perfect for 5 adult mountain bikers. Technology enabled house + covered patio + hot tub were perfect. Location was very bikeable to Coler bike park and slaughter pen.

Great house!!

This house is great for a Bentonville getaway! The location gives easy access to Coler Mountain Bike Park and Slaughter Pen. The back yard is a great place to relax after a day of fun on the trails. The house is well stocked with linens, blankets, and towels. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware, and cutlery. The grills out back make meal prep easy. The house is clean and well kept.

The Well Spoke Inn is a great property!

The Well Spoke Inn is a great property! And the hosts are excellent to work with. The house is well represented in the listing, maybe even better. We stayed with 4 women for a girl’s trip and the property was perfect. We all agreed we didn’t need to go anywhere, the house provided everything we needed. The 4 bedrooms offered four different beds to choose from, all with a bit different mattress. This allowed each of us to pick they mattress we preferred to sleep on. The living room had comfortable furniture for lounging and late-night conversations. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of basics and some pleasant surprises. The backyard is really the knock it out of the park element. It was so peaceful – love the water feature – and the ceiling fans provided a gentle breeze and kept the bugs away. The glass table was great for games. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The fence and landscaping really make you feel like you are in your own little oasis. It’s just a really beautiful back yard. Gina was great to work with, very responsive to questions and flexible with our needs. I will definitely stay again if we are in NWA.

The hot tub was excellent. It was maintained perfectly. And everything was monitored precisely. Very good attention to detail. Everyone enjoyed the rooms and setup. It was an awesome place. We will definitely stay there again. The location was great; everything was very close. We got to know the neighbors, and they were the friendliest people, like everyone in the area. A very nice change from what we are used to. Thank you very much for your hospitality and efforts. We had a great time and will return.

Tom and Gina's home was a real fond. I had looked at many other options and this one continued to rise to the top of the list. The house is set up like a true VRBO not someone else's house that you're staying in for the weekend lots of labels on lights instructions a really nice large TV hot tub two nice bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, etc. would definitely stay there again thanks Tom and Gina.

This place was incredible!! We reserved it for a “girls trip” and found that there was plenty of room for us each to have our own space in addition to there being plenty of room for us to gather when we were together. The owners were responsive and kind and friendly. The backyard is truly a tranquil oasis with a beautiful covered patio that allows you to even sit outside when it rains. The owners are gardeners, so there were raised beds full of peppers, tomatoes, edible flowers, butternut squash, succulents, etc.!!! They make all of the “fruits of their labor” available to the guests, so we enjoyed a creamy butternut squash soup one night for dinner - USING A SQUASH FROM THE GARDEN!!!!!! I can’t say enough nice things about this VRBO. Take the leap. Rent it. You will not be disappointed!!!
