If you don't like to drive everywhere and don't want to be high up in towering buildings (the nose bleeds) where you can't have easy access to everything, then this condo is what you are looking for. Located on the 3rd floor of One Woodbrook Place this is the best and most convenient location in the entire development. Watch over your balcony and see what is going on at the restaurants, and streets where the action happens at night and day. From bicycle races and music trucks to carnival parades, everything passes in from this condo's balcony. From the balcony, you can get a panoramic view of what is happening at the restaurants and bars downstairs in the complex, so you are just a card swipe away from the action. A great view of the city can also be found on the balcony. After an exciting night calm down with water fountains on either side of the condo, or just hop the elevator (I use the stairs) to head two flights down to the pool literally in your backyard. This is living at its finest. You are front and center yet it is not noisy. 24-hour security and easy access to the ground floor ensure ample safety for your family. Parking in the residence area means that your car is safe and hidden from the general public. This 3-bedroom contemporary space has the luxury comfort expected of all modern apartments except for one additional feature. You can lie in the master king-sized bed and take advantage of the beautiful skyline at night, just beautiful. Love the gym? well, there is one in the complex so you can keep fit during your stay. If not just walk within the complex on the extensive footpath. After you can catch a movie at the IMAX movies on the complex with the family. Get your banking done without having to be away from your family, just a walk downstairs. With so much to do on the compound, you do not need to leave. But if you do head out there is Madela Park just across the street and Queens Park Savannah just 4 blocks away. The buzzing Avenue with all its youthful nightlife is just 3 blocks away. There is absolutely no greater Port of Spain city location than One Woodbrook Place and this condo is front and center in the best location.

It is the best property in the city for carnival as it takes advantage of the best views of the parade and mas. Walking distance to most fetes and carnival activities. Why fight with parking issues, possible tickets, and other driving issues? Why not come home to a power ac building with a view where you can rest and hop back out to enjoy the mas? But even your car will be safe in this building with 24hr security and cameras. There is no better spot and this is the best unit for enjoying the festivities.

Large water fountains in the front and back of the Condo. You can even lie in bed and view the city. See it all from your bedroom as well as the adjoining balcony.
