Carson City Villa

Loved this property for our post Covid-19 family reunion. Great view of the mountains and very spacious floor plan! Would definitely consider renting again in the future!

Great visit.

We enjoyed our stay and the property worked out nicely. One item worth reporting is that during a rainstorm, we noticed water leaking on the inside of the window near the dining room table. Thanks for sharing the property.

Beautiful House with Gorgeous View

We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay with our children (4, 9, 11) for our vacation in Carson City. The landscape was unbeatable and lots of space to run and enjoy. The house itself was astonishing, spacious and very comforting as our temporary home away from home. One of our family’s favorite things to do was to search for the many frogs on the lot! It’s no surprise we would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Gathering Spot

Our stay was great. The property was well maintained and perfect for a family gathering. We were in town for a memorial service and having this home was ideal. We were able to spend quality time with family we don't see often. The yard was awesome and gave the kids a chance to stretch their legs and move around after a long travel day. Colin was super responsive. It made being there so much less stressful

Property is fantastic! 12 minutes to my work, unfortunately I had work Saturday! The beds are very comfortable! The ovens are a little small, but they worked, because I wasn’t cooking a 20lb turkey! Need better lighting in the living room! The tv sucks! I have a smart tv, but it was a pain in the ass to find anything on yours! You should leave explicit instructions for it! The putting green was fun, but gravel all over it! I forgot to bring shampoo, I was going to have my husband bring ours, but I noticed Kirkland brand in the shower, so told him he didn’t need to! That was a bad idea, it was so watered down, it took 5 times to get enough to wash my hair! My bad should’ve brought my own! The hand soap in the kitchen was also watered down! I put a load of linens in the washer as asked, but couldn’t get it to turn on! I left a note for your cleaning crew, my daughter put the rest of the laundry in a basket to be washed! Sorry!
Me mom and my daughter! It was still fun, mom has a little dementia, so not being to access the tv, was an issue! Thank you!

This was a special visit with our family.

Outstanding accommodations! Assuming you will be staying with a party of friends or family because of the three bedroom set-up, you will appreciate the very spacious living room/ kitchen /dining area. Excellent amenities all around . We arrived with snow on the ground which was very scenic and became a playground for the neighborhood deer family. We’re used to snow but look forward to returning in a few months to check out the expansive yard and its features. A great view of the the mountains through the large windows throughout the common areas. Colin was such a helpful and responsive host and made the whole check-in/check-out process seamless.
