Cozy Getaway near Yellowstone in Livingston MT

Enjoy this modern centrally-located mountain getaway in Livingston, Montana. This privately owned 2 bedroom/1 bath condo w/ garage is located in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. It's 10 minutes to downtown Livingston, with great bars, shopping & restaurants, and 30 minutes to downtown Bozeman and BZN Int'l Airport. Yellowstone National Park is 1.25-2.5 hrs to All Entrance Gates. We are 10 minutes from the Yellowstone River where Fly Fishing is fantastic & under an hour to the local ski resorts.

Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 11AM. The condo has a private entrance and easy street parking with a 1 car garage. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a bar top table & 4 stools, new appliances including refrigerator, oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, crockpot, mixing bowls, stainless steel pots & pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, and all the utensils you'll need. Our coffee station comes with flavored liquid creamers. Very yummy!

The condo includes high speed Internet. Easy to access streaming is available via Roku including Netflix, Prime Video, and more. (Please use your own login for each service and log out upon departure). The Wi-Fi network name and password are available upon arrival.

There are 2 bedrooms. The master queen bed holds up to 2 people (Max 350 lbs) and has a queen-sized mattress plus memory foam bed. The 2nd bedroom has a full over full Bunkbed and holds up to 2 people on top (Max under 200 lbs) and up to 2 people on the bottom (Max under 350 lbs). Each room has a Lamp with USB outlet and a wireless charger, along with a large closet with hangers and a cloth cube to place your luggage on.

Our Bathroom has a great shower with tub and 2-drawer cabinet for storing your belongings including a blow dryer for your usage. The Living room has a large sectional and flat screen TV in the with complimentary fast Wi-Fi.

Books are in the available for your enjoyment! There are chairs in the garage to enjoy in the backyard. There are trays by the front and back doors to place shoes upon entering, and a coat rack in the hallway.

There is No Smoking allowed Inside the Unit or outside 100 Feet from Unit. No pets or animals of any kind are allowed inside this condo. It is Smoke Free and Pet Free. HOA Rules are no noise before 8am or after 10pm.

Hopefully, you fall in love with the downtown area and mountains like I did. It beats a hotel environment any day!

Each room has a ceiling fan, however, there is no air conditioning.
