As you enter through the front door of Bella Vista you will immediately be greeted by the breathtaking mountain views through the large windows on the rear of the house. The main floor consists of a beautifully decorated large open space with vaulted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, dining table and island bar seating, and living space with large 65" smart ROKU TV mounted above the fireplace.

If you wish to enjoy a home cooked meal during your vacation, we have done our best to provide everything you might need. Wake up the whole family to the smell of coffee and fresh waffles before exploring all that the Smoky Mountains has to offer! One of our favorite parts of the fully stocked kitchen is the waffle maker and full coffee bar with drip, French press, and Keurig coffee makers with a few k-cups, creamers, and sugar included to start you off. If you're craving something from the grill, we have included a charcoal grill located at the front of the house.

Your luxury vacation experience continues on the large upper level deck where you can enjoy the million dollar views by the large gas fire pit while lounging in the most comfortable patio furniture you have ever experienced.

The upstairs suite has a king bed decked out with cozy high end cotton linens and plenty of comfy pillows, large 43" smart ROKU TV, closet, dresser, and large en suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. These luxury accommodations are only enhanced by the wall of windows to take in the stunning views and a door leading out to the large upper level deck.

Continue downstairs for some fun in the game room with wet bar, mini fridge, air hockey table, assortment of games, large 55" smart ROKU TV mounted above the fireplace, and futon which converts into a full sized bed for additional sleeping space. Don't worry, you won't miss out on the breath taking views while having fun downstairs. Much like in the rest of this beautiful home, the gorgeous views are brought into the downstairs area through a large wall of windows.

After a night of fun in the game room, continue out onto the large lower level deck and take a dip in the 5 person hot tub or relax on the large double chaise lounge with someone special while taking in the expansive views.

The downstairs suite is almost identical to the upstairs suite with all the same high end amenities, beautiful views, and separate access to the lower level deck and hot tub. The downstairs en suite bathroom is slightly smaller than the upstairs and has a bath tub/shower combination.

As you enter the Village of Cobbly Nob, you will drive past the beautiful and unique Bent Creek mountain golf course and over the the Bent Creek bridge. You will arrive at our property after driving a short distance up the winding roads of Cobbly Nob. Please be aware that there are some steep roads, but all roads are paved!

You will need access to a vehicle while visiting the Gatlinburg area. Once in town, you may use the public trolly transportation. Downtown Gatlinburg is approximately a 10 mile drive from the cabin. Pigeon Forge is approximately 15 miles away. Dollywood is approximately 18 miles away. The Greenbriar entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is approximately 5 miles away.

There is enough parking in front of the cabin for 2 larger (SUV-type) vehicles (or 3 smaller vehicles). Do not park on the street and please do not park in neighboring cabin driveways or entrances. No RV parking.

We are so excited to share this special home with you. We have done our best to anticipate and include everything needed for a vacation of a lifetime! You will be provided with starter packs of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, coffee k-cups, sugar packs, and coffee creamers. These starter supplies are usually enough to last you for a couple days. We do not provide charcoal for the grill. If you find yourself needing additional supplies or charcoal, there are nearby convenience and grocery stores in the area.

Internet: Nobody enjoys lagging movies or slow downloads so we provide fast xfinity gigabit internet! We just request no illegal downloads or streaming during your stay in return;)

Televisions: All rooms are equipped with large smart ROKU TVs which are programmed into guest mode. When you first turn on the television it will ask you for your check out date. You may log into all of your preferred streaming accounts and they will automatically be logged out on your day of departure. We do not provide cable, however the smart TVs provide lots of free streaming content if desired.

Accessibility: While we are not ADA accessible, there are only 4 steps to reach the main level of the cabin which includes everything a person might need. The bathroom on the main level is a walk in shower with a small curb to step over. The bathrooms do not contain any grab bars.
