Welcome to our condo! Just steps from the lake, completely remodeled, fully custom condo on 2 floors! Walking distance to many attractions and just steps from your private beach on Lake Delton. Private boat slip available!

Admire beautiful sunrises and experience an escapade out of this world at this lake condo! Located on the second level, you'll enjoy memorable views of the nearby Lake Delton. Upon entering, the first space you'll come across is the fully-equipped kitchen with custom cabinets and marble countertops. It has plenty of space to move around freely while cooking, stainless steel appliances that include a French door fridge, a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker.

As you move forward, you'll find the six-person dining table and a breakfast table with extra dining space for three people.

The living room is large and well-equipped with all the essentials to turn it into a great gathering place. Snuggle up on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows on the large, wall-mounted flatscreen SMART TV with cable. Right off the living room is the large, lakeside balcony. 2 balconies in total, 1 off main floor 1 off master suite!

This retreat also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large main bedroom offers a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, direct access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with sink and a walk-in shower, and separate bath tub.

The guest bathroom on first floor has marble walk in shower as well.

You will have access to a series of shared amenities that include gas grills year round, outdoor pool(summer stays) a heated indoor pool(year round), hot tub (year round), and tennis.

Location!

We had a great stay! Loved how spacious the property was. Loved the outdoor pool! Noah’s Ark was a short walk. Property was very clean and had everything we needed on-site.

Beautiful spot in the Dells

Stayed for my dad's 75th birthday. We all had a wonderful time. Great location with beautiful views. Very clean. Excellent communication with owner. Often I'm disappointed because pictures don't match what the property is. This unit was actually nicer in person! Very good experience. Thank you!!

Nice relaxing place.

The property is very clean, and very well kept. It was very roomy and quiet. If you have any issues with steps there are a lot of steps. I would stay again.

The property was nice and the beds were comfortable.The unit is on the second floor with no elevator. Once inside the unit the bedrooms are upstairs with 1 full bathroom on each level.Great location - close to many waterparks and restaurants.

Cascade mountain trip

My friends and I went snowboarding over the weekend and this place was the perfect place for us. It was only 20 mins from cascade mountain. The house was spotless and looks very nice. The rooms were amazing and the check in process was so smooth. Our host, David, was very communicative and respndonded to all me questions. I will definitely come back!

The condo was perfect for our family getaway. Noah’s Ark was a 10 minute walk from the condo. The location was off of the main strip, but easy access to all of the Dells amenities.

A beautifully updated condo unit. Very comfortable!

We had a comfortable stay. Arrival was easy. The pool is warm. The sand on the properties beach is great. It is an awesome location that is a quick walk or drive from lots of sites.

Weekend stay

The condo worked out perfect for our family to stay while my daughter had her dance competition all weekend. It was very clean and quiet. We did not use the facilities (pools or hot tub) just because busy with dance competition so I can’t leave a review on any of those items. We used it as a home base to eat, relax and sleep and it was perfect! We would definitely go back again.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to the Dells!

We stayed 4 nights at this condo and it is in such a fantastic location! Located in a quiet neighborhood, but incredibly close to everything. We walked to Noah’s Ark the 2 days we went, and it was close enough to walk back to the condo for lunch, too! The patios have nice lake views and the rental was so quiet, which we loved. Only heard the occasional muffled door slam or car leaving. The condo itself was clean and perfectly comfortable. We slept great on the beds! Would stay here again!

Our Northern Adventure

Kansas family checking out the beautiful northern states. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Great location if you’re planning to visit Noah’s Arc, you can walk there. The beds and showers are very nice, what more do you need after that. We went to the beach area, it’s not huge but just enough. We did not check out the pool areas. Thank you for a great place to lay our head and wash 😁

Perfect Place for a Girls Weekend

My college girlfriends and I always meet in the Dells in February for a little weekend getaway. It's a central location for us all. This property was perfect for us. Spacious and great amenities. I love that we got a code for the door so we could just go into the condo when we got there and that there was no formal check in process. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the condo, we were out enjoying the outlet mall, casino, Bronco Billy's (our favorite), and a few other places to drink and eat. Highly recommend this place!

Fabulous Condo and Host

The on line process was very easy and the host was very easy to work with. He was so quick at answering my questions. The condo was very big and it was extremely clean and well stocked on appliances, utensils, cookware, etc. Loved the big sectional to watch tv. The location was close to everything. We went hiking, duck tour, and winery and it was quick to get to everything. Thank you for such a great condo and experience!! I would definitely recommend this condo and host. Excellent customer service!!! I will come back with friends and relatives again. Jan

Good setting for a nice men's weekend

I got together with some friends I had not seen since graduate school a few years ago. This unit served that purpose well. It was clean, functional, visually appealing, and in a quiet building. The host was responsive to questions I had before booking, in the days leading up to the trip, and upon my arrival. My only constructive feedback would be to provide more specific information/instructions as to the parking situation. This is a unit I would consider booking again in the future.

Great place for Dells

The listing was exactly as expected. Property owner was very communicative and helpful. We arrived late so it was dark but place was very clean and first impression was excellent. Bedrooms were nice and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Both bathrooms were very modern and clean. Had a minor issue with wifi but owner was quick to provide assistance. Location was excellent. Property was great, had both indoor and outdoor pools for adults and kids. Felt like a resort and had private beach not over crowded. only opportunity is the spare bedroom gets really warm so maybe having a fan would be good. two balconies as well. Close to golf courses and restaurants so highly recommended to stay. thanks

dells weekend

overall pleased however a couple issues that did make for frustration: 1: was told this was a first floor unit - however it was second floor which was a bit of a challenge for a family member with ambulation issues (though able to make it work) 2: the entry keypad was not functioning properly - call to David (or Chris) was easy and able to gain access; property manager stopped by and did check it out Friday evening; we left the unit open during the day on Saturday but in the evening did lock the unit when we were out - when we returned later the key pad again did not work (had several family members who also tried) another call and were able to get remote access timely.. On Sunday morning a family member in another unit (who also works with IT) tried it and got it to work but also thought there may be a 'short' or something as it did take a couple attempts. I guess my biggest take away is to ask more specific questions when registering for a unit anywhere

Perfection!

This was our first Vrbo and it exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness was my first priority. Traveling with 2 tweens and one has lots of allergies. Dog dander, cat pelt, smoke, heavy perfumes all irritate him, but his food allergies are life threatening. This place pulled me in because there is no smoking, no pets, has very minimal carpeting (only on stairs) and looked clean & updated. It was. No issues at all. I was able to bring everything we needed to make meals safely and there is a Walmart not too far if you forget anything. Location is great. Close to all the attractions & waterparks. Great communication. Shared pool & hot tub at the association clubhouse was a hit with the kids. Perfect quick getaway and can’t wait to do it again. Tip: make sure you bring K cups for Keurig coffee. Most everything else you need is there already. Stocked well with dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper. There was laundry detergent (All free & clear, so again no heavy fragrances). I did need to wash some linens that housekeeping missed on the bathroom floor, but no biggie considering how great everything else was.
