There is plenty of room to relax in the cozy living room which is adjacent to the dining area, complete with a table for 4 and an additional 4 seats at the eat-in bar. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There is even a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience! The Master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a futon in the living room, allowing this condo to have sleeping accommodations for 5 guests. This location can't be beaten, with multiple beach access points within a short drive, and fabulous shopping and dining options at Grand Boulevard within walking distance. Pointe of View Condominiums is ideally located just outside of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and positioned adjacent to Grand Boulevard, which features a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. You can also experience all of the fun at The Village of Baytowne Wharf nearby. Highway 30A is also within close driving distance, where guests can explore fabulous shopping and restaurant options. Guests will love swimming and relaxing in the community pool surrounded by trees and nature, as well as the fabulous on-site fitness center! Spend your day at one of the beautiful nearby beaches. The closest beach access is less than 3 miles away at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park where parking is only $6/day. There are several other public beach accesses within short driving distance, specifically Pompano Joes. Pointe of View is a great hidden gem and the perfect place for your next getaway!

There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
