Very unhappy experience
Our three units were NOT ready at check-in time. We waited a half-hour and when they still were not ready, we left to get something to eat. Secondly, when the reservation was made, the listing said breakfast was included. About 3 weeks before we arrived, an email was sent from the property saying they no longer provided breakfast. VERY dissapointing, and too late to find other lodging with three separate rooms. Most concerning was the trash littered on the ground outside our door as well as in the general vicinity of our room, and the trash from the previous occupants WAS NOT EMPTIED in our room when we arrived! By check-out the next morning, it WAS STILL THERE! No one came to get it, although the front desk was notified of this! We had a general sense the rooms were not clean: paint chips peeling off the tub unit in the bathroom; noticeable deep dust above the vanity lights and in the bathroom fan. Our daughter experienced stained sheets on the bed in her unit, and hair in the sink and on the floor. Lastly, there was not enough silverware in our unit to serve a meal. UNPLEASANT experience. Think twice before staying here!
