The Space:
Villa Azul is a tropical oasis and private resort as much as it is a home!

The grounds of the villa include a tennis court with basketball hoop, a detached gym and viewing terrace above the tennis court, a spacious pool deck with a free-form heated pool and attached waterfall spa, gas fire features, and outdoor couches, an outdoor ping pong table, a large gas grill, outdoor dining tables, chaises, and daybeds. Space heaters, lush perimeter gardens, accent lighting and outdoor speakers create a perfect setting to enjoy the outdoor space, day and night, throughout the year.

Inside, Villa Azul features several fireplaces as well as a spacious, sun-drenched, living room and a large media room with a movie theater, pool table, wet bar, wine cellar, high-end sound system and musical instruments and french doors that open to the pool deck and gardens.

The modern, well-equipped, custom, chef's kitchen features double Thermador and Sub Zero appliances, custom cabinetry and opens directly to the pool deck making al fresco dining a breeze. The adjacent, 10 seat, dining room includes a 10 ft glass table with custom art pedestals and wall paintings.

All bedrooms have bathrooms ensuite and are appointed with fresh linens, towels, soaps and toiletries.

Rental rates reflect the condition of the court, and have been factored in to the pricing of the house. Rentals prior to the resurfacing shall not give raise to any additional discounts.
