The house was perfect for our crew and the location is very convenient to everything. Close to Gatlinburg and about 5 mins from The parkway in Pugeon Forge. I would definitely book here again. Great communication from the property owners too

We had such a great time. We were there the week before Thanksgiving and the weather unseasonably warm. What a gift! We got to hike and fly-fish and spend a lot of time outside. The cabin is great! There were only two and I think I counted that it could sleep 10 or more but is still nice and cozy! We enjoyed playing pool and the views are fantastic especially from the couch. Some of the little details we noticed were the makeup towels in the bathroom (really cute touch) and the wire system for the drapes (stealing this idea for home).

The cabin was beautiful and relaxing. Joy was very accommodating and understanding after I had to book last minute due to an error on VRBOs part which allowed me to book a cabin already rented by someone else. I am so thankful that this property was available, and will gladly stay here again when possible! Joy communicated well, and checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this cabin, and renting from Joy to anyone in search of a beautiful retreat not too far off the beaten path.

The location is great! Up in the hills for peace and quiet yet still close and convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is quaint but still feels very open. The view is beautiful. The hot tub took the first day to warm back up but was great day 2. We will stay again for a short trip.

We had a great stay! Close to town but far enough out to “get away from the hustle and bustle” The view was absolutely breathtaking! Joy was great and we loved her house! I loved having the top and bottom entrances to be able to unload luggage and not have to go up and down stairs with it!

Escape to Smoky Mountains

We absolutely loved our stay at the Smokies Perfect Escape cabin. Everything was top notch, clean, inviting and the view is stunning!! The location is perfect - close to Pigeon Forge, but out of the way and private. When I was out for my morning run I only saw one vehicle on the road and the driver gave me a friendly wave. We all loved relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a fun filled day. Joy was very prompt with communication which I greatly appreciate. I only wish we were able to stay longer!

Absolutely Gorgeous Views!!

Our stay was amazing!!! The view was so spectacular we absolutely hated to leave!! There were 7 of us and this cabin afforded everyone their own space. The hot tub on the deck was an added bonus at night to soothe our sore legs. Waking up every morning drinking my coffee in front of the living rooms panoramic views was breathtaking. We were so sad to leave!! Will stay there again next time we visit.

Lots to like upstairs but downstair was just okay

Thank you Joy for your hospitality, great communication, and promptly sending the contract and returning our security deposit. Our family of 6 including two kids under 10 and two grandparents in their 80s stayed four nights. What I enjoyed the most: gorgeous views, comfortable living area and outdoor area, comfortable beds, functional kitchen, and everything was clean. Bears visited the backyard our first day, which was exciting. We used the charcoal grill but didn't try the hot tub.What I wish I knew before booking: the stairs going down are steep, uneven with narrow planks, and the elderly folks did not feel safe going down. The bedroom downstairs is just ok, with en-suite bathroom that felt a little damp and mildewy. The third "bedroom" isn't quite a bedroom. No door, unfinished floors and brick walls. Felt a bit dark and cavernous. The kids had to sleep there and they fought us because they didn't want to. Because of that it was not as enjoyable as it could have been. YMMV!

Memorable Trip

We greatly enjoyed this trip to the Smoky's. The cabin was well kept, close to everything, and had exceptional views of the mountains. It was quiet, offered everything we needed during our stay, and the owners are quite attentive. The only complaint that we could find was that no bears joined us for our morning coffee, but naturally that was not the cabins fault and many folks would consider that a good thing lol.

Amazing - Will be back to this place!

The location was really good - close to all the major attractions yet felt like you were way from the busy hustle with great views! Plenty of open space to relax, play some games, cook meals and relax!The place was clean and felt very welcoming.I really appreciated the quick and timely response ANY time you were in communication - Joy was amazing and very helpful. Our family will be back.

Absolutely Perfect Cabin Getaway!

Our stay at this cabin in Pigeon Forge was nothing short of amazing! The million-dollar view was breathtaking, making every morning and evening on the deck unforgettable. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring, and the pool table provided hours of fun with our family.The cabin was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and cups, which made meals super convenient. We also loved the selection of games, which kept everyone entertained. The location was ideal—close to Kroger and Publix for any necessities, and just a short drive to the strip, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The paved roads made access easy, which is a huge plus in the mountains!Communication with the host was prompt and effortless, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic mountain retreat, and we can’t wait to come back!

Family getaway!

We booked this trip quick, like 4 days before we left. We were looking for something with a great view, spaces for the entire family (5 of us) and my son wanted a hot tub! Bonus if we could see snow. The house was exactly what we were hoping for! You can't be the views. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. We even got in it while it was snowing. My eight year old and I loved the pool table. Joy was a great host. When our plans changed we were even able to book an extra night and stay to see and play in the snow. Thank you for everything! The five of us needed this little break. Helpful hint the back side of the mountain was easier to drive up and down than the main side waze wanted us to take!

Perfect Cabin for our Family’s Vacation

The property was very clean and was perfect for our family. The view from the living room is breathtaking. The Christmas tree and decor was a great touch. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The property owners/managers were very helpful and easy to communicate with. It was very convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
