Sunset Timbers offers a great place to stay in Pinetop Country Club. Whether you plan to unwind or have your stay filled with all the activities that the White Mountains have to offer, Sunset Timbers is your retreat. Relax under tall ponderosas and take in the fresh mountain air. Skiing and antiquing activities are all within minutes. Hiking/biking trails near by also. Surrounded by a great neighborhood and a gorgeous park right next-door; this house is in the heart of it all and yet secluded.

The Space:

Sunset Timbers is over 2000 sf on a half-acre with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a loft and two outdoor sitting areas will fit your needs for just you and a special partner or the whole family. Modern furnishings, clean open spaces and high wood ceilings accent this amazing house. Rustic stone gas fireplace make the big room comfortable and a great place to look out the floor to ceiling front windows.
Relax in the backyard with a soothing water feature while hummingbirds, finches and squirrels eat from the feeders from spring through fall. In the winter build snowman and play outside in the winter wonderland.
A complimentary locally roasted bag of coffee beans awaits for you to take advantage of our coffee bar that features a Keurig coffee maker with both drip and/or pod options. The coffe bar also has French press and whole bean grinder. Start the prefect morning with a cup of coffee and sit on the front deck, upper deck or back patio.
Prepare meals on the gas BBQ or in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything needed to cook gourmet meals for you two or the whole crew. Enjoy the goodies in your welcome basket during your stay or take them home.
For your entertainment TV’s, horseshoe pit, cornhole, board games, dice and cards are provided to make your time more memorable.

Rules:

Relax and enjoy your time in the tall timbers of Pinetop and please respect the house, neighbors and our rules. There are not many and mostly they are common sense but not following the rules may lead to immediate eviction from Sunset Timbers.
1. Check In – 3 pm. If the schedule permits we can accommodate an Early Check In for a $75.00 fee
2. Check Out – 11 am. Schedule permitting a Late Check Out Fee can be done for $75.00.
3. No Pets – We love pets but we do not allow pets of any kind in our house. This policy is out of respect for future renters that may have allergies.
4. Please Park in the Driveway – Please keep all cars in the driveways and garage areas, do not park on the street.
5. Respect the Neighbors and the Neighborhood – Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am for outdoor noise. Please do end all outside games and loud activity at 9:30 pm and no loud music in the house past 10 pm.
6. No Parties – Please do not have more than 10 people total in the house. Having a party or large gathering will result in a termination of your stay and any additional cleaning fees will added onto your bill.
7. No Shoe Policy – Please remove your shoes when entering the house. We have a rack for coats and a matt for your shoes. Please put skies in the garage.
8. No Smoking, Vaping or Drug Use – Please do not smoke, vape or use drugs in or on the property of the house. If caught smoking in the house a $500.00 cleaning fee will be added to your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately.
9. Do not block Ring Doorbell Camera – Blocking or prohibiting the camera from working will result in a cancelation of your stay and you will forfeit payment.
10. Golf Cart is off Limits – Please do not play on, around or in the golf cart.
