Large Lake House on 2.5 acres with 150 feet of shore front.

If you are looking for a property for your large family, extended family, or group of friends, this is your place. Come and experience our year round lake house only a 39 minute drive from Fargo. This lake house is nestled in 2.5 acres on the east side of beautiful Upper Cormorant Lake. We have two bedrooms upstairs with full living room and kitchen. The downstairs has 4 bedrooms, full living room, and a kitchenette. There is laundry on both floors. Lots of space for fun.
There is a continuous deck with lake views from all angles. This fully furnished house has multiple smart TV's, electric fire place, a ping pong table, and indoor and outdoor games of all sorts. Wifi throughout the entire property. There is also 50 amp hookups for RV's.
This large house can sleep 18 comfortably in beds; a limit of 24 on the property. You’re welcome to bring your own boat but, upon request, there is a large Hurricane boat available for you to use. If boating is not an option for you, there is great fishing right off the dock. This will be a great place for you to make memories.

This home was just perfect! Everything was clean and felt very homey The hosts were very accommodating to all our needs. We couldn't believe all the things they had in the home for cooking etc. I took many items that were not at all necessary. Thanks for helping us create the best memories for our first ever blended family trip! We all loved it and we will definitely be doing a trip like this again, by popular demand!!

We had a GREAT time...our family enjoyed every minute. The house is spacious, the yard is huge for outdoor games, the water was beautiful and the water sports were so much fun... and the fishing was fantastic!

Great experience

It had plenty of room for our family! The fishing was great. Nice lake and was surprised it wasn’t too busy. Public landing was a short distance away and not far to get gas and groceries. Some of the family did get chiggers from the lake. Kids loved the ping pong and selection of games. It would have been nice to have another refrigerator, but we managed. We would definitely go back!

Fun family week at Upper Comorant!

There was plenty of space and things to do at this property. We had a cooler week of weather, so we appreciated the abundant supply of books, games, and puzzles to help keep us entertained. The owners are generous with sharing their water toys which we were happy to use when we were blessed with a couple of sunny days!

Amazing!

This property was absolutely perfect for our large group. Plenty of space to hang-out, as well as plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The entire house was perfectly clean, and the owners have truly thought of everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Fishing was fabulous throughout the lake as well as right off the dock (which isn't alway the case in late July/early Aug). Loved it here so much that we've already booked our stay for next year. If you're thinking about it, just book it; you won't regret it!

Fabulous home & location!

Family trip for ours from 83 down to 2 months. We had 9 adults, 6 teens, a 2 year old & 2 month old. Plenty of space inside & out. Kitchen space was so easy to work in with everything we needed. Bring your food & clothes, the hosts have the rest covered. Communication from the hosts was amazing. We even forgot a few things when we left & that is straightened out. We do this family trip every summer, we have never rebooked the same place until now!! Can't wait for next year;)

Place was awesome with plenty room for our group. House was clean and neat. There was plenty of water toys for everyone to use including a boat. Owners were responded to any questions and concerns right away and were great to rent from.

Big family vacation!

We had a wonderful time. Every family member was happy and found something to do. We would book it again for our family vacation. The house had plenty of room for a big group of people we had 20 to 22 people staying. The family is hoping to book it again next year.

Family gathering

My family does a 5 night lake vacation every summer and this was our first time at this location. It did not disappoint. The location is easy to get to and private. There is ample space for large groups. The house has everything you need. Generous access to water toys. Clean lake even into August. We had a great time and would love to stay here again

4 Days on Lake Cormerent

SPACIOUS, gorgeous view, sunsets, water toys (including motor boat and canoe) for all ages, very complete cooking equipment and the pick up games at the ping pong table was on-going! And last, but not least, the fishing was a BIG hit!

Family getaway

There was plenty of room in the house and lots of beds. Kitchen has everthing you need for meal prep. The area off the dock is rocky and they are sharp so bring water shoes. There is no steps or ladder going from the dock into the water so access into the water may be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Great water toys including paddle board, canoe, lilypad, and tubes for the boat. The kids spent most of the time in the water or on the boat.

Awesome Experience

The description of this property does not do it justice. The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, and functional. The property owners are very easy to work with. The kitchen is well equipped. We stay at a lot of rental properties and this one tops the list. We have booked for next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property was clean, spacious, lots of activities for the entire family, and the grands had a great time! We were able to take advange of the boat and tubing, and used the wide open area for whiffle ball when the weather was too cold or windy for water fun.

Family Vacation

House was exactly what we expected with plenty of room for the entire family. Fishing off of the dock and from the boat was fantastic and kept all of the kids and adults easily entertained. Thank you for a great week on the lake.
