ChargePoint Level-2 EV Charging Station set up to provide 48 Amp charging (guest pays for actual usage as tracked in the ChargePoint App). Located in a safe neighborhood great for walking. Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and Amazon Fire TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. Conveniently located in the northwest area of Raleigh. Close to the Angus Barn, many restaurants, shopping, groceries and entertainment. Please message the host to confirm all pet needs.

We had a great experience at this property. The house was located in a great area for restaurants and shopping. It was also in a nice neighborhood that had plenty of sidewalks to walk our dogs. The house was one of the best equipped VRBO rentals we had used. It had all the amenities necessary for our week long stay as well as pet equipment for our dogs. Eric communicated with us proactively and also offered help while we were at the house. I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Raleigh Durham area.

Eric''s home was unbelievably clean and had all of the comforts of home. The home itself is very roomy and bright with a nice yard space. Upon arrival, we were greeted to a variety of snacks and bottled water in the refrigerator. Eric was also super responsive and very friendly. His check-in and check-out instructions were also very clear and easy to follow. We will definitely stay in Eric's home again when visiting Raleigh.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood and was very nicely decorated and has a great layout. We enjoyed 3 nights there while visiting our daughter who lives in town. The fenced yard is great if you have a four-legger with you. We would definitely stay here again. Betty our golden doodle approved the place also! Check it out next time you are looking for a home in Raleigh.

This was a great property to stay at. The house was exceptionally clean and was very cozy as the description said. This was a superb pet-friendly place with a fenced in back yard and supplied dog bowls. Everything was perfect for sure. We will definitely stay here again.

Words could not express how much we loved our stay! This location had everything our family of four needed for our overnight stay in Raleigh. Talk about a home away from home! Super clean, comfortable house with all the creature comforts and amenities you could ask for...and you didn't have to ask! The house was perfect for our needs, and was exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with, provided very clear instructions, and even gave us suggestions on places to visit/eat/etc. The house was spotlessly clean. Little extras were provided, such as coffee, half-and-half (such a lovely touch), and snacks. We will definitely recommend this property, and will stay again the next time we are in Raleigh.

Excellent visit!

A very convenient location for visiting Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. The house is beautifully maintained and decorated! The outside patio is lovely anytime of day. Eric is easy to contact and very helpful. My friends and I had a delightful stay here! Highly recommend!

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding weekend, and had an amazing time. The house was spacious and had a lot of great additions, like Fire TVs, cookware, and lots room. It was also super clean and was ready to go when we checked in. Eric was an amazing host! His communication skills were great, and he made sure to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The location was also super convenient to getting to and from the airport and even to a grocery store. I would 1000% stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Raleigh!

Great Stay

We came to town for a wedding and had an amazing stay. The host was great at communicating beforehand and even met us at the property when we arrived to walk us through and show us everything. It was extremely clean!

Beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and organized. Clean and cozy with a fenced in yard for my pup. Our family stopped in Raleigh to have an overnight and pick up a cousin from the airport on our way to the beach and this home was the perfect spot to rest and recharge. Eric, our host, was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our family has owned this home since it was built in 2008. Over the years, it has proven to be a convenient location in a nice neighborhood.

The house is approximately 1300 sq ft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a small porch off of the kitchen and a patio with a picnic table and umbrella. The back yard is fenced in and we are pet friendly!
