Charming 1912 Bungalow in Middlebury Indiana

My husband is a semi-retired Agronomist and I am a Sr. Sales Director with Mary Kay. We both have an eye for detail and love to host, whether in our home or in our STR properties. We also have 2 STR properties in Hilton Head and 1 in Sisters Oregon. They are all unique and different and we enjoy them all.

My husband and I, we purchased this bungalow in July of 2022. We fell in love with it and have lovingly updated it and filled it with items that we love. It is a fairly large, open house with lots of interesting built-ins and unique closet space, along with beautiful, original windows upstairs. It was built in 1912, and is amazinly open on the main floor. We are located in downtown Middlebury, 1 block from the pumpkin vine nature trail, where you can ride your bike or hike to Shipshewana or Goshen. Shipshewana is about an 8 mile drive. Goshen is about an 8 mile drive as well. Notre Dame is about a 27 drive.

I love our front porch. It takes me back to days of my childhoodl, where we would gather on the swing and talk and laugh with our neighbors. I love our back yard. It is shaded, semi private, with a deck, lights, grill and adirondack chairs to relax in. I love the serinity of our home.
