Park City Fairway Springs 4129 is located in the Canyons Village and offers a wealth of features and amenities. You will also be just a quick walk to the Frostwood Gondola and the Canyons Golf Course, making this property the perfect getaway at anytime of the year. Because this home is close to the Canyons Village, you will have easy access to all of the world-class restaurants, shops, and of course - easy mountain access. You can also walk to the nearby bus stop and take the free bus throughout the area, including Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction.
This three-level property is spacious and offers approximately 1,920 square feet of space, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms all to accommodate up to nine guests in complete comfort.
Entering the property through the garage or via the front door, places you directly into the main level great room. This area is spacious and holds the living room, kitchen, powder room, and dining area.
Living Room: This room features plush contemporary furnishings including a large sleeper-sofa, love seat, a cozy gas fireplace and a large smart TV mounted above the fireplace. The adjacent deck is a great spot to take in the fresh mountain air and stunning views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, offering stainless steel Wolf appliances, sub-zero fridge, gorgeous granite countertops, and island seating for three. Step out onto the adjacent patio with the BBQ grill and private hot tub!
