Quail Meadows 21 (LT) 30-day Min Rental - The conveniently located Park City Quail Meadows 21 is within the sought-after Silver Springs area. This townhome is wonderfully close to numerous activities and attractions including world-class ski resorts, fine dining, and recreation. The convenient stop for the free shuttle-bus is just a few steps away, so you can easily get throughout the entire town including Kimball Junction, Deer Valley and Historic Main Street.
This home has 1,780 square feet with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, all to easily accommodate up to six guests.
You ll enter the home via the garage, stepping right into the main living area.

Living Room: This room boasts a plush furnishings, warm fireplace with a towering stone front, Smart TV, vaulted ceilings and convenient access to the patio.

Kitchen: You ll step up from the living room to the fully equipped kitchen space featuring stainless steel appliances including Thermador appliances, three ovens, gorgeous stone counters, and island seating for three.

Dining Area: Seating for up to four guests.

We had a great time staying in this townhome near Park City. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is close to the Canyons and Park City for skiing and other day trips around the area.

Rooms were not set up as advertised and the oven was left on, cooking when we arrived. Had to fight for days to get any sort of compensation, horrible management. Would never stay at another property of theirs.

The home is accurately advertised with flexible bedding, and two twin beds can be arranged as either twins or a king upon request. The beds were set in king configuration at arrival, and once we were notified, our team visited the same day to adjust them. We also appreciate the oven being brought to our attention. We take this seriously and reviewed it with our team to reinforce our pre-arrival inspection procedures, as guest safety and proper home preparation are very important to us. We aim to provide homes that are prepared as described and responsive support if anything needs attention during a stay. We’re sorry this experience did not meet expectations
