Luxury penthouse with high quality finish in a good and safe neighborhood in downtown Mindelo, São Vicente.
The fully furnished apartment has excellent free WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, double fridge with freezer including iced dispenser, microwave, oven, built-in coffee machine, and a gas stove / induction hob.
There is air conditioning in each bedroom (3x) and in the living room (1x). Each bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe with large mirrors. The master bedroom has its own walk-in shower and a workspace. There is a safe for your valuables.
* Jacuzzi and relax lounge area:
The apartment features a spacious jacuzzi and a relax lounge area overlooking Monte Cara, Ilha Santo Antao and Laginha Beach.
* Additional services:
In addition to your stay, you can take additional services (for a fee), such as car rental, scooter rental, private cook, massage, extra cleaning or airport transfer.
* Parking, security and ATM:
You can park for free next to the complex. There is 24-hour security and a reception. Next to the complex is an ATM. Money collection is also possible at various banks in the center (1 km).
