Bright and Lovely Townhouse Near The Mansion!
The townhouse is conveniently located 2 minutes away from the Mansion (the President's summer residence). It is inside Baguio's tourist district. 10 major tourist spots are 10 minutes away by car. For the physically fit, all are within walking distance. If you are looking for a townhouse that is spacious, tastefully decorated, and inside the tourist district, no other rental can compare with this one. From the main entrance, guests will have to climb one floor. 10 guests max.
The space.
Tourists and/or visitors will have to register with visita.baguio.
The city will continue to strictly implement safety medical protocols such as, but not limited to, physical/social distancing and wearing of face masks.
Our condo unit is quite spacious, airy, and bright. It is in the cross-hair of the tourist district of Baguio city. The summer capital of the Philippines. The condo unit has great views of a mountain range.
To get here
1. If using maps or waze, kindly type DBP Training complex. Baguio townhouse condominium, where the unit is located, is the yellow building across. Please do not use the address on Airbnb because it will bring you to the parking lot at the back of the building and you will have to walk very far to your unit.
2. Go to Mansion House. If the Mansion is on your left, make a U-turn. If the Mansion is on your right, go straight until you reach the first road on your right. The building in front of you is the Baguio Townhouse (where your unit is located).
3. You can park one car only in front. The other car should unload only then park behind the building. The first car should also fetch the driver of the second car because the parking lot behind the building is quite far.
4. Ask the guard for Chona. She will give you the key and show you the unit.
A pet fee is imposed.
Guest access
Guests can go to all corners of the unit. No member of my family stays in the unit. Not even our housekeeper.
Other things to note
We don’t recommend our place to guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. Only one parking slot in front of the building is allotted to us. Other cars should park behind the building (about 500 meters away).
