Welcome to the Silver Mill! Located right in the heart of River Run Village, enjoy walking to the gondola, bars, shops, and restaurants. After a day on the slopes or exploring the village, relax in the hot tub or heated outdoor pool. Enjoy the pool table or sit by the fire in the common space at the lodge. The Silver Mill has ski lockers, fitness center, sauna, and a gas grill! The condo is equipped with everything you need for your perfect weekend or longer stay in the mountains!

The condo is equipped with everything you need for a great stay in the mountains. The master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has another queen bed. Each bedroom has a smart tv for your enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker and all cooking essentials. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed for the extra company! Enjoy your coffee from the patio and overlook the skiers coming down the mountain.

There is one parking spot available in the heated garage. We work with our excellent property management company who will be your point of contact before and during your stay and can assist with anything you need during your stay.

The unit is located on the fourth floor with elevator access. The condo building has luggage carts for you to use. Ski lockers are available during your stay. The laundry is communal and located down the hall on the same floor.

We look forward to sharing our cozy and freshly renovated mountain condo with you!

There wasn’t a ton of snow- but obviously that is not controllable. The comfort and convenience of the space was amazing. Close to restaurants, shuttle, quick walk to gondola. It was a great stay!

Great property with a fantastic location

This condo was great for our family and the location was an easy walk to the lift. The only complaint was the check-in process. By the time we picked up the keys at the off-site office location at 4:30 and made our way to the condo, the ski school had closed for the day and we were unable to pick up my daughter's rentals. Having some form of notification sent out when the condo is clean and ready to go, allowing for quicker and earlier access to the unit, would have been a huge plus.

Unfortunately, during high season it’s difficult to accommodate early checkins however we would have been happy to have checked the schedule had you inquired prior to your stay. Great location but poor response to some issues

This property is well situated to access the village and is a short walk to the gondola. Unfortunately during our stay there were a number of issues. First, there was no hot water in the kitchen sink. Second, the fireplace needed service and was not usable. Third, only 1 elevator was in service most of our stay and the lines were crazy. We don’t mind doing stairs occasionally but in ski boots it’s tough to go up 4 floors. And even tougher if you’re coming out of the hot tub (which wasn’t exactly hot). The management and owner reminded us how fortunate we were to have hot water in the bathrooms. Not acceptable. It’s tough if you want to prep and cook any meal and you have to run into the bathroom to wash your hands. Not to mention it’s difficult to keep the kitchen clean and sanitary. The dishwasher “worked” but it was not adequate as some of the dishes were not entirely clean. No hand soap was provided in the kitchen and that water was absolutely freezing. The owner declined to offer any refund of our very expensive stay. We have rented dozens of properties over the years and I have never encountered such an unprofessional response. I would never rent again.

Both the management team and i have apologized multiple times for the issues you faced during your stay. I’m sorry you were unable to locate both the hand soap and dish soaps located under the kitchen sink. We would have been happy to locate it for you had you let us know! Again, we are sorry you were so displeased about the broken valve in the sink causing no hot water during your stay but we did not feel it warranted a refund. I’m happy the maintenance team was able to quickly resolve both! Safe travels!
