You will love staying at this newly remodeled historic home in the heart of downtown Grand Junction.
This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a spacious master suite with an en-suite bathroom and king size bed.
Prepare family meals in our brand new kitchen and enjoy them them on the covered back patio and beautifully landscaped back yard. Relax, read and enjoy your coffee or tea in the cozy sun room.
Located only a short walk from Downton GJ's best shopping and dining.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and just love it. It comfortably fits 6 adults and is well stocked. The central location makes it quick and easy to get to most of the places that we go when we are there. We will definitely book again the next time we go to Grand Junction.

This house has nice updated finishes while retaining its farmhouse charm. Nice kitchen and all of the essentials. Beds were good and AC worked well. Walking distance to downtown and other neighborhood businesses. Quiet except for the early morning trains, which many will like. Great for 4 adults.

Beautiful home. Lovely decor. Very comfortable beds. The deck needs help and the floors and moldings are dirty, my socks and feet don’t lie! The bathrooms were very clean. Having All the necessities were available soap, TP, spices, cleaning supplies, garbage bags was very convenient! Thank you for having us!

Easter Weekend

Beautiful home to celebrate Easter weekend with our boys (students at CMU). Loved everything about this place. Wonderful kitchen with nice appliances & everything needed to prepare meals. Tasteful decor & great table to enjoy as a family. Awesome backyard space & the bedding was so comfortable!

Central location "Farm" house

Our stay was a very nice experience. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and cozy. Close to all of Grand Junction's attractions, will stay here again in the future.

Great House, Great Loacation!!

This was an adorable property and is well stocked and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. Loved the location as it was central to all the places we went will there. This house will definitely be at the top of our list for places to stay the next time we are in Grand Junction!!!

We just LOVE this house!!! It’s our second time staying here and will stay again the next time we are in town!! The thoughtfulness and attention to detail make the home feel warm, cozy, and relaxing! The backyard adds to the family feel and allows for great memories! Check-in and checkout was super easy and the host was wonderful! We look forward to the next time we are in town!

Charming home away from home in GJ

Carmen's property is the such a charming home. It fit our family of 5 comfortably and afforded us the ability to relax as a family without being on top of one another. The home is nicely equipped and had everything we needed. Check in process was a breeze and Carmen was very responsive when we reached out. Would 1000% stay in this home again. Thank you.

Overall a really nice place. Very well decorated and well laid out. Great location for downtown and CMU. The only thing we had an issue with was the rental in the lower level. We weren’t aware that anyone rented down there until we arrived and read about it in the welcome binder. We were playing cards at the table in the house with our adult children and our seventy year old in laws. The downstairs renter started banging on the floor/his ceiling and shouted for us to shut up. It was not late and we were not being loud. It made a great stay not so great. My bad for not reading all the reviews where other people have complained about the rental downstairs. Everyone felt uncomfortable after this and walked around on egg shells since we didn’t want to be told to shut up again.

Great when combined with studio

The house was clean and convenient - very nicely decorated farmhouse style. One night we cooked dinner and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Since we had both the studio and main house rented, it worked out well. But it would have been a little awkward if someone else was in the studio. The couple staying downstairs said they could hear us walking upstairs and said they could hear every word when we were in the kitchen. I believe the outside space was also shared which again was fine since it was one group but might have been a little strange if it was someone else. This should be more clear in the listing.

No Privacy- But Lovely Home

You can hear and smell Everything from the basement rental. The renter downstairs blasted the news from check in to 9pm. You can hear every phone word of phone conversation and smell anything cooking from the other rental. The heat kept turning down on it's own. We sat in the backyard to enjoy the last bit of sun and some guy walked back there to go into the shed and didn't say anything. The noise and smell from the basement definitely ruined my birthday weekend. Other than that, it's a super cute space in a great location. We loved the remodel, farmhouse chic style. The beds are comfortable and the yard is nice when some random dude is not just showing up unannounced. (not lawn care. It's winter).

Someone lives beneath

My 11 year old son woke up in the wee hours of the morning near 4 AM, hearing voices very close in the back room. It sounded like a ghost speaking to him. I went back and heard it. It was certainly loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. It was from a person living in the basement of the same dwelling. We thought we had rented the entire house to ourselves, and we had not. Very misleading. We were woken up in the middle of the night twice by this other party living below.

This property was designed and furnished with the discerning guest in mind and ensuring comfort every step of the way. It is meant to be a space where people gather, enjoy their time, relax and feel at home. This home was meticulously and extensively remodeled in 2021 but has not lost its historic charm. It has a modern farmhouse look and feel and is an inviting space to gather and relax for families & friends. With 3 bedrooms and spacious living areas it is well suited for 6-8 people. The living, dining and outdoor spaces are inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and has a little coffee bar.

Note: this property was previously managed by a rental company and have excellent 4.92 star reviews. Since switching management to a new account those reviews were lost but are available upon request.
There is a small studio apartment in the basement of this home (also available for rent) It has a separate entrance and its own outdoor space and parking. Should you need extra space for your party please let me know!
