This stunning villa will make for a memorable vacation. Unique cedar throughout brings the outdoors indoor. There is plenty of space to relax both in and out. A huge sun shelf lets you lounge all day at the pool. Sit on the dock and watch dolphin frolic. When the sun goes down, share stories around the huge built-in fire-pit. Just a 2-minute walk to the sugar sand beach or take the included 6-passenger golf cart. Basketball at Brown Park is 3 doors down. Tesla/EV Charger!

We had a great time in Indian rocks! The house was perfect and the host was very responsive to our questions. He even helped us arrange a boat charter. It was amazing, we will definitely return!

We had our annual girls trip here and it was amazing! Beautiful well kept home andTom was amazing at communication and follow up. There was 11 of us and were all very comfortable. We brought additional paddle boards and were able to get out in the water and see some sea life. Very relaxing and great area!

Girls Trip 2025

House was perfect! There were six of us staying to celebrate our friends 55 birthday, and the accommodations exceeded our expectation! Totally recommend, the house was comfortable and met all of our needs… the pool area was the best!

Great house for Families

Very nice house great for families the golf cart is a fun thing to have come with the house rental. Pool and dock are great areas to spend time.

This was the perfect setting for flying our family in to spend time together! There were 5 beautiful bedrooms as well a 4 baths. The kitchen had all of the appliances we needed. It was really hot outside but so comfortable in the house. The master bedroom had a balcony with it where I drank my coffee during the morning hours. We played in the pool, went to the beach, enjoyed the local restaurants, a roof top bar nearby in Clearwater and went shopping at John’s Pass Madeira Beach! This was an AWESOME vacation hands down. Great property & host

The property was everything as advertised and much more. We were so happy when we looked through it and found we would all be comfortable with our surroundings. And then we looked outside at the deck, pool, and boat landing. It is a very cozy wonderful place. We recommend!!

The trip was great. Beautiful area. Only drawback was upstairs bedroom with out the bathroom. Was accommodating to couple staying in the other bedroom.

Wonderful weekend

We were in Florida for a wedding. The house was great for our family group. Just a short golf cart ride away from the beautiful beach. The manager was very informative and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful. We loved the dock and seeing the dolphins. Loved having the pool. The teenage girls loved the lounge chairs. Beautiful interior. Had an issue with one of the kayaks and Tom took care of right away. Would stay again!

Perfect!

This home was so beautiful, relaxing, clean, well organized, and within walking distance to the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, talking around the fire pit, kayaking, and fishing from the dock. So many delicious restaurants close by to enjoy although the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and serving pieces you would need to cook. Highly recommend!

Relaxing!

The best stocked kitchen I have stayed at! Two washers and dryers made laundry quick! Golf cart was amazing to have easy beach access. Pool was clean and heated. Lots of towels and blankets. Thank you!

Celebration of life

This is a great home. We had four families and three children with those families. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite comfortable and there was a nice bunk room for the three children. The pool area is great for kids and sitting out on the dock. we’re at the fire pit is just a wonderful experience, very close to the beach to watch sunset every night and we will come back again

Fabulous Home

This home was so spacious and close to everything. The pool area was gorgeous and like a resort. We loved that the pool was heated. The golf cart was so fun to explore in. We had an amazing sping break in Indian Rocks beach. The only thing we would like to have had was a standard charcoal grill.

Golf Trip with the Guys

We travel to different cities each year, and find a house that is essentially loaded with amenities, and this house was no exception. Property was immaculate, decor fantastic, on the water, pool, just a really fantastic time when we were not in the course. Tom was an excellent host, communication outstanding, and if we come back to the Tampa area, I’ll be looking up his properties again. Thanks Tom for a great short vacation!!

Family Vacation 2024

Our family had a great time at this property. We loved the heated pool with sun shelf, fishing off the dock, closeness to the beach, and park/playground just steps away for the kids. Everything was close but golf cart was nice to have for transporting young ones, grandparents, and stuff. It was very nicely decorated. It was a plus for us to have two family rooms and plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was nicely equipped, loved having two washers and dryers in laundry room, bedrooms were great size, and bathrooms were beautiful including two bathtubs for our little ones. We had a wonderful week and would go back again!

We live in the neighborhood and love this beautiful property. Whether enjoying it as a family or for a night out with adults, the venue is perfect, with the beach just a blocks away. There is a great selection of restaurants and bars all very close by. Having the 6-passenger golf cart, heated pool and dock is a total plus. It's the perfect vacation for everyone! You can also schedule fishing charters and sunset cruises on location.
