We are so appreciative of your consideration of our home for your trip! We hope you’ll make the most of this cozy house, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area.

We would appreciate if you took a moment to read the house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact us so that we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. We have put a lot of effort into making this home a lovely place. Please treat it with the same respect as you do your own home.

House Rules
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Respect the noise curfew (11pm-8am)
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Respect check-in and check-out times.
Take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Avoid all off-limit areas (basketball hoop, basement, garage).
Leave all doors and windows locked at all times.

Rental Car
Rental cars are available for pick up & drop off at Logan Airport, as well as Avis (located at 595 Pond Street Braintree, MA, 02184)

Both are available and easily accessible in all areas you may travel to during your stay.
