It's nestled in a lovely neighborhood with an artificial lake, community pool, hot tub, & basketball and tennis courts! The home is located just 4 minutes from the downtown Chandler scene, close to the 202 freeway, and surrounded by dining and entertainment. We decorated and furnished the casita for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. To save space, we have installed a murphy bed that folds up against the wall when not in use. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a countertop cooker, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. You also have a large shower, 1GB Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels. This casita is attached to the garage of the main house on the property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a separate entrance.
