Enjoy this beach front lake home that boasts 66' of frontage with many amenities

We have replaced wiring, plumbing and removed many walls. New insulation is in and the main floor is completely sheet rocked, primed and walls/ceilings painted. Our cabinetry for the kitchen is installed and JennAir Rise appliances and countertops in. New sliding door is in!!! The new furniture and decor is going together! This home will come back together very quickly! Carpet and wood floor done in entire house. As of 6/27/23.

This 6-bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a 2-car garage—gives you 3,350 sq. ft. of spacious entertainment, New carpet and wood floors throughout main floor living space and a brand new kitchen with Jennair appliances all looking out onto the water. Every night, drift off to sleep to the subtle sounds of the natural lake, then wake up to a spectacular view. The sunsets from this location are breathtaking to say the least. This property is fully furnished and includes linens and towels. All of this situated in a convenient, friendly town with outstanding summer entertainment and energy. The property is nestled between State Beach and downtown Clear Lake. Come check out Clear Lake for your summer vacation! Rental will include paddle board, paddle boat, 2 kayaks and lily pad for renters use.

Amazing sunsets

This is one of the best locations in Clear Lake with lots of room for the whole family to sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Great home! Kitchen was well stocked, rooms/bathrooms were clean and updated, property managers were very responsive. Our family had fun on the beach and with the paddle boat. Great views of the sunset! Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful and clean. The kitchen and home was great! Everything you needed! Dock and boat dock was safe and sturdy!beds were very comfortable! Would recommend this property for large families!

Perfect for a Large Family Gathering

Our large family reunited for a few days and enjoyed all that CL and this rental house has to offer. The bedrooms were a good size, the living room is plenty large for everyone to gather, and the upgraded kitchen accommodated several cooks for our nightly family dinners. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Lake Home for Family Weekend!

What a delightful home for a long weekend with our family including grandparents and kids. The house had everything we needed (towels for beach and bath, so many kitchen items, a beautiful gas stove, large kitchen table, plenty of beds). The outdoor area had plenty of seating, paddle boards, kayaks and Lily pad. Perfect view of the sunset as well. The downtown square is just over a mile away and walkable. We will be back next year!

College friends reunion

The weather was cold and windy, but the views were absolutely beautiful. The house is open and spacious. There was enough room for our group of 10 to be able to spend quality time together around the table or hang on the couch in the living room. The beds were super comfy and nice sized rooms. Overall, it was the perfect place for our group to be able to meet up, hang out, and reconnect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place!

It is a beautiful house with gorgeous views ! Wasn’t very good for us cause we were all senior citizens and there was no railings on any of theSteps ! To get in or out of house or upstairs!!! Also felt we should not have to wash & dry sheets when we pay a 350 cleaning fee! Despite getting in & out of the house we had a wonderful time! Lake views were fantastic! Thank you!!

Beautiful View

The view at this home is stunning. You are literally feet away from the water. We appreciated the spacious upstairs area for our family of 16. And the bedroom space was excellent.The downstairs was nice as well, but a little difficult for my 6’2” and 6’6” sons to manage as the ceiling hangs low. Also be aware that this host wants you to wash the bedding and towels before you check out. I completely missed this until the last few hours of our stay. We were rushed to get it done. Overall, a very enjoyablexperience
