Come Stay in this beautiful lake front tiny home. It features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and a pull-out sofa in the living area. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen, outside grill, and fire pit. We have also added a brand-new stand-up washer and dryer in October of 2025. This home is surrounded by National Forest and is steps from the water.

Come and enjoy the fun at Safe Harbor Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita in Royal, Arkansas! Don’t miss out on this beautiful oasis! Any boater’s paradise and one of the cleanest lakes in the country! Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina! We offer 3 different styles of pontoons for daily rentals! Whether the kids are sliding into the cool water from our double decker pontoons, or you’re lounging with friends cruising the shoreline of our 42-mile lake, you are sure to enjoy your time here! Also stop by and browse our camp store for lake toys and souvenirs!

Guest is responsible for leaving the unit in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found at arrival. The registered guest will be charged for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

It was so relaxing and wonderful. The scenery is beautiful. I was grateful I was able to bring my pup with me and enjoy everything. Definitely will have to come back!

Beautiful stay. Camp manager was precious. We did have to leave a couple days early due to home issues but overall was a relaxful and grwat stay.

Beautiful place and it had close access to the boat ramp. It was however a little close to the neighboring rentals for our liking though, no privacy when cooking outside or sitting at the picnic table. We cooked fast and took it inside to eat.

Amazing place right at the lake.

If you love staying right at the lake enjoying nature this is a place for you. the little house is small but very comfortable. We loved it there!!

Dogwood Cottage

Beautiful property on a quiet little cove of Lake Ouachita. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Close to outdoor activity areas (hiking, kayaking on the lake). Wonderful sunsets down by the boat launch. We really enjoyed our stay.

This vacation rental is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The house was clean, smelled really nice, and was very cozy! The view from the house was amazing. We can't wait to stay again!

Quaint tiny house

My husband and our dog had the best weekend stay at Dogwood cabin. Pictures are spot on with the cabin. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lake view. It was the perfect size for us!

Tucked away in tiny town

Overall, our stay in Dogwood Cottage was pretty good! The cottage itself was just the right size for the 3 of us. The view of the lake is beautiful any you can walk right down to swim or explore. My only 2 complaints are that the shower didn’t drain very well and the bed was not very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful and Peaceful Piece of heaven

The tiny home is new and gorgeous. The view is great. Access to the water is easy. You do have neighbors but still so worth it with the nice deck and great view.

Very pretty area

The cabin was very nice. Did have a problem getting into the bed. Too high for a shorter person to get into comfortably. Could also use a side table in the bedroom and one next to the sofa. Very quiet and lovely area.

Lake Ouachita

Stayed in Dogwood Tiny Home. Clean, view of the lake, nice hiking area. Fall is definitely beautiful and if you like quiet and solitude this is a perfect spot. Disappointed because The Lodge (only place to eat right there) was being torn down so had to drive into town to Patty’s to grab breakfast. Suggest highly to go to Dollar Stire there in town to grab groceries if you want to fix food in your home. Overall a nice place but definite lack of places to eat.

Nice view

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and had nice decor. They were pet friendly, so we brought our dog. We were right near the water, of a small cove. It was a little steep walking down to the water. The view of the lake is nice from the front porch. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of cookware. There were lots of swimming and fishing spots in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
