GORGEOUS DUCK KEY - Our canalfront villa is the perfect homebase for you to explore the beauty of the Florida Keys. With the warm and sunny Caribbean climate, it’s the perfect time to visit any day of the year.

UNBEATABLE LOCATION - Take day trips out to Key West or Key Largo, or simply stay on Duck Key and bike or kayak around the tropical paradise. Make wonderful holiday memories with loved ones in our Caribbean-style villa.

Baja Breeze 🏝 offers 2 levels of living, with a kitchen and living area downstairs and both bedrooms upstairs. There is 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. This home is in the most desirable location, with a gorgeous canal view from the master bedroom and a lovely view of the lawn from our guest room patio.

❗ Must sign Rental Agreement and provide Security Deposit to finalize booking
❗ Must be 25 years of age or older to book
❗ Our spa pool is not a hot tub and preset to a certain setting for all guests.
❗Our villa is not affiliated with the Hawks Cay Resort; our guests do not have access to the hotel-owned amenities including the Coral Cay children's center and hotel pools. However, any resort amenity that is open to the public will be available. Amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, full service marina, Calm Waters Spa by appointment and Fitness Center available to spa patrons, Dolphin Connection by appointment, tennis, parasailing, fishing charters, boat rentals and a variety of water sport equipment rentals such as kayaks, paddle boards and more.

✧✧ BEDROOMS 🛌 ✧✧

The bedrooms on the second floor allow for guests to sleep quietly while others enjoy the TV, entertainment, and dining area downstairs.

The master suite offers a queen sized bed with large windows that allow you to wake up every morning with a view of the crystal clear canal right before your eyes. It's our favorite room in the house to enjoy every morning.

The guest room offers two twin beds and an outdoor patio so that guests can get some fresh air, sit outside to enjoy some drinks or coffee. The patio is a lovely spot to watch sunsets every evening.

On the first floor, we have a sofa that turns into a queen sized bed so that guests can have that additional comfort.

No matter which room you stay in, the new comfortable mattresses, beddings and linens will ensure you have great sleep throughout the night.

You can pack light for the vacation because all the essentials toiletries are provided. 3 bathrooms gives every guest plenty of private space to fresh up. Fully stocked with bath towels and pool towels, take your choice of shower or bath.

✧✧ THE LOUNGE 🛋️ ✧✧

Coastal furniture and decor make the living room your paradise. Kick back and relax on the sofa while watching your favorite TV show. The sofa can convert into a queen-sized bed as well. There is plenty of seating that allows the whole family to enjoy the bonding time in the spacious living room. The room is full of natural light thanks to the sliding glass door with an unobstructed view of the back outdoor area. Our house is full of board games so the family will have plenty of entertainment while staying in.

✧✧ KITCHEN AND DINING 🍽 ✧✧

Enjoy prepping a meal together in our chef's kitchen with everything you can think of. Don't want to go out to get a morning coffee? Our coffee bar provides all you need for a fresh cup of coffee. The dining table is large enough to fit 6 people to enjoy a meal.

✧✧ THE OUTDOOR LOUNGE 🌅 ✧✧

Bright and large sliding door near the dining area leads you to the beautiful canal view. Here you will find our fully furnished private outdoor lounge area where you can also have a meal here or sip a glass of wine after dinner to enjoy some fresh air and greenery.

Have fun with the family while taking a dip in the spa pool.

Note: Due to safety reasons, outdoor grilling is prohibited at our home.

For the safety and privacy of our home and guests, we do not allow any third-party service providers (including private chefs, massage therapists, event planners, photographers, etc.) on the property during your stay. All guests must be part of the reservation and present at check-in.
