I was born and raised in Warm Springs, GA. I was always so ready to move so I could experience new things. Right after high school graduation, I was off to Atlanta where I attended Georgia State University. I lived in and enjoyed the city of Atlanta through college and a few years after graduation. The Recission of 2008 hit and I found myself without a job. After 6 months of not working and no offers, I got a job offer in Columbia SC. It has been in Columbia that I have built my career in IT, met my wife and started my family.

Now things have come full circle. The small town from which I was so eager to leave, I have now found myself reinvesting into it. Investing in real estate has reconnected me to my hometown and has allowed me to connect with it in so many ways that I never did as a child. I've met so many wonderful people on the journey to get these projects going and finished.

With this property you will get some of the nostalgia of Historic Warm Springs as this home was built in 1950. It was home to a single family, even though it was built as a duplex. The two units are separated by a thoughtfully engineered 15 ft wide foyer which prevents walls from being shared, yet it also will allow the two units to be adjoined which the property is rented by a larger family.

When I first visited the property and did a walkthrough, I knew it was something that I wanted and that people would enjoy. It had all of the charm of great craftmanship. Think about it, all of the structure of the home is 70+ years old and it is still standing. My job was to give it a fresh updated look while still preserving the charm of it's original state. I think I was able to accomplish that.
