Historic River Front Farmhouse Near Wineries-Private waterfront! Winery tour!

Discover beauty and serenity at this river front classic farm house built in 1925. Perfectly nestled amidst a host of mature pine and walnut trees, alive with squirrels and flitting birds, the home even has its own path winding down to a private beach along the river. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the river with a glass of local wine while reclining on the open patio. Much work has gone into diligently preserving the original nostalgia of the home while updating to modern comforts and amenities. Pets are welcome.
A perfect, quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown Prosser complete with restaurants, bars, and shopping. The home is just minutes away from the finest wineries and also the renowned wine village. Casual driving is simple and easy with all amenities close by. You can walk or bicycle to downtown, or drive just a few minutes to get to local wineries. We have also partnered up with Mercer Winery for a private tour opportunity for our guests!

A quick weekend getaway for two. The house is full of character and is a step back in time. Very peaceful and comfortable. The BBQ Restaurant across the street is amazing. I will come back and stay again just for an excuse to go to Neighbor's BBQ!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is a peaceful setting on the river, yet only a block away from town. Quiet yet conveniently located. The dogs loved the large fenced yard & enjoyed chasing each other till they ran out of breath! We enjoyed relaxing on the shady porch with our coffee as we watched the fun!

Exceeded already-high expectations! Wonderful 100yo farm house with tons of character and charm. Decor and amenities kept with the nostalgic vibe. We had fun exploring all the house had to offer. Location on the river and the backyard were what drew us to this property and they provided great vistas.Great location. Convenient. Clean. Michael provided prompt communication. Gem of Prosser!

Amazing place!

Just perfection. We loved this home. Only downfall was dogs found 2 dirty old socks and a bunch of fishing line when playing in front yard. We would definitely come here again, love hanging by the river eating food and drinking wine. Thank you!

Great weekend getaway

Great property close to wineries and downtown! Well kept house right on the river and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hosts were great and even gave us winery recommendations!

Close to wineries and a beautiful river view with unbelievable sunsets. Pet friendly. Charming house. Adventure outside of Prosser for meals or cook in. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful little place in Prosser

We loved the property located in Prosser, WA. It's old world charm and beautiful waterfront location is fantastic. You can't beat being in the middle of town, but feeling like you aren't! Recommend if you are going to spend any time in Prosser and need a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay

This place is wonderful. We will be staying there again next time we visit Prosser. It felt warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the neighbor was delightful. We loved the back porch and yard. Can't say enough about it.

River House - Prosser WA , Anniversary & Wine Tour

WE very much enjoyed our stay at the River House. We found it very relaxing and comfortable. Watching all the wildlife from the back porch and patio was certainly a surprise and highlight of our stay. This location was ideal for our exploration of the town, it's restaurants and wineries. We'll come back again !
