Nightmare

I was unable to check in the unit as the owner didn’t have approval to rent the unit from the HOA . I had to find a new place to stay on my own. I am waiting for a full refund plus I should be compensated for this nightmare.

Naples Vacation

Excellent clean accommodations! Amenities such as Harolds Bar, in room beverages, towels, beach chairs, location to beach and Naples was phenomenal.! Definitely will be back, Andrew was great at getting back to us in a timely manner on any questions we had.

Sunshine getaway

Drews studio had all we needed for a long weekend getaway The pool was great with music on Saturday and karaoke on Sunday! On-site bar and restaurant made our stay ez to enjoy. Drew was great answering all our questions and flexible in our departure. Location was central to everywhere we needed to go in Naples! We hope to return!

Good place to stay....

We were pleased with the accommodations and the cleanliness of the unit. Andrew was excellent at communicating as well. We suggested he add more places to hang towels and he was very receptive to the suggestion. K-cups were provided and the choices were excellent. The pool was very nice and there are several restaurants on the property. We did not try any of them. There are very thick memory foam mattress toppers on the beds and my husband had a difficult time sleeping on it so we removed it. I found it to be fine. Understand that this is basically a hotel room, so not exactly a place to hang out...but perfect for a place to relax and sleep. It should be noted that the restaurants get quite busy and parking in the evenings is difficult at times.

Good spot in Naples

This property was located a short drive from 5th Ave and the beach, which was a definite plus. The pool and Tiki Bar and Restaurant were great. We loved our days by the pool. Food and drinks were excellent! The room is very small for a couple. While it was nice to have the small refrigerator and microwave, having two beds in the room made for very little space for luggage and living space. We saw some rooms with only one bed, which would have been much better space wise. The bathroom was extremely small and there was only one sink for the kitchenette and bathroom! We did enjoy our stay in Naples and the weather was great!

Naples experience.....Great value for the price!

We spent 4 nights visiting Naples and stayed at this unique condo/motel. Slept great with memory foam super comfortable toppers on the mattresses. Host keeps a very clean condo stocked with lots of amenities; TV- Cable / Sports, WiFi, on site laundry, dishes, kurig coffee maker and K cups, beach chairs, microwave oven, plenty of bath pool and beach towels, bath supplies, soaps, shampoos, detergents and more. Great value for the price ! He was in contact with us thru text our entire stay; He was super helpful making recommendations on food, restaurants and area sight seeing. The complex was amazing; the Tiki bar is on sight with live music Saturdays, and great food; the location is ideal. Nearby Lowdermilk beach park with beautiful beach with plenty of parking with full baths and showers and concessions. The park just reopened so was great to enjoy the beach. Another beach on Central Ave is only about about 2 miles with easy access . Publix Grocery is a block south and we experienced three fantastic restaurants as well on site: Fujiyama Steak House, Vesuvios Pizza, and Harald’s . Across the street is an organic market with restaurant and full juice bar and open air outdoor patio dining. Planning to return again and wish we could have stayed longer.

Tired, dirty old motel room

Mold around shower stall. Dirty, dusty floor with previous clents empty water bottle and pills under bedside stand. We believe one of the beds has bedbugs as evidenced by multiple bites in pattern indicative of bedbugs on arms and legs.

Location was perfect! This condo needs to be updated. It was not pretty.

Convenient but needs to be updated. Furnishings not attractive. Bedspreads too large. Kept stepping on them on the floor. Shower and bathroom was below standard. Shower floor and condo floor was dirty. Mattress closest to bath needs to be replaced. Uncomfortable. Don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

Naples Getaway

I came to Naples with my new girlfriend and found this fantastic property while surfing for places in Naples. Drews condo is spectacular. The place was immaculate and the property has lots of amenities. We loved the tiki bar, pool area, and all 3 restaurants onsite. We will be back for our next vacation!!

Great Vacation Experience

The host was very responsive to our requests. But pretty much everything was perfect. The condo looks like the pictures. It was clean and nice. Also, the grounds were nice. Our kids had a great time at the pool while we sat at the tiki bar beside the pool. This was a great way for the kids to swim while adults and I socialized. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back next year.
