Located in One Oasis Davao City, this two bedroom condo unit is inspired by the simplicity and clarity of black and white. This spacious apartment offers a sophisticated, luxurious, and relaxing retreat for travelers or individuals looking for a perfect staycation getaway or a comfortable and relaxing place to stay here in Davao City.
The apartment was furnished with functionality and good use of space in mind. The master bedroom was fitted with a queen size and a single size pull out mattress. The second bedroom has a more functional purpose. It can be converted into a living room, giving more functional space. The unit has a full size kitchen, fitted with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and a washing machine. Water purifier on tap is provided for safe drinking water. Water heating is also installed in the bathroom for a relaxing hot shower. There is also a shoe cabinet provided for guests to place their foot wear.
Guests can also access the condominium swimming pool located right in the property club house. Guests can freely take dip in the pool or just simply lounge and enjoy the sun. Also, for those who are more into basketball and wants to spend time shooting hoops, they can also access the basketball court. Of course, there is also a place for the kids, an outdoor children’s playground is also open for guests and their kids.
Security within the property premises is not a problem. 24x7 Security Personnel maintains the peace and safety of everyone within the condominium premises. They also ensure that health safety measures are followed even before entry the building. Security personnel also monitor outdoor parking spaces.

Hello! I’m Wena. Apart from hosting, I am a software developer, nerdy by nature. I love reading, my ultimate pass time. I also love movies, and my all time favorite is Lord of the Rings, probably watched it more than my fingers could count. I also love to travel and I am a hobbyist photographer. Por qué escogió este alojamiento
What attracted me to this property is its location. It is in the same neighborhood that I grow up in, close to my parent's house. It basically has everything that I need, near the grocery store, pharmacy, school, church, my favorite restaurant and chapel up the hill. But despite that it is nearby all these facilities, it is peaceful, quiet, and it does not have the same crowded feeling compared to when in the main downtown area.

My favorite part every time I enter the apartment is the white walls, the light from the large glass windows, and the trees outside. For me, it has this warm and welcoming feeling.
