Nestled between Churwalden and Parpan in the Lenzerheide region, the stettli resort is located on a sunny plateau with views of the Grisons mountains. Where a traditional farming hamlet once stood, guests can now enjoy stylish apartments with hotel standards, rustic charm, modern infrastructure, and a lot of heart and soul.
The stettli combines nature, enjoyment, and relaxation – whether for family vacations, group trips, workations, or celebrations. The idyllically located grounds feature a garden restaurant, swimming pond, sauna, playground, and petting zoo, inviting guests to linger. Hiking trails, bike trails, and ski slopes of the world-class Arosa Lenzerheide ski area start right outside the front door.
Tradition and modernity live in harmony within the historic walls: the in-house restaurant spoils guests with regional specialties and genuine hospitality.
Four fully equipped hotel-standard accommodation units with a total of 67 beds are available for groups, families, or seminars. All accommodations are modern, barrier-free, and equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, and private bathrooms. Two light-flooded halls, terraces with mountain views, and personal service also make the stettli the ideal location for weddings, seminars, and celebrations of all kinds.
The apartment «muntanella» offers 200 m² of space for up to 17 people. It has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms on two floors, a large, modern kitchen, and bright living and dining areas with a balcony and views of the Graubünden mountain landscape.
Ideal for larger families, groups of friends, or teams, the apartment «muntanella» combines the comfort of a hotel with the freedom of private accommodation. Guests enjoy independence and flexibility – with culinary services, catering, or breakfast available on request.
Thanks to a connecting door, the apartment can be combined with the “capricorn” apartment above if required, providing space for up to 31 people.

The stettli area combines the charm of a historic mountain hamlet with direct access to ski slopes, hiking trails and bike routes. It’s close to Chur and Lenzerheide, yet wonderfully quiet – the perfect balance for guests who want to experience the best of both worlds.
