Beautiful Home in Great Location

This is the first review we've received that hasn't been 5 stars (we have over 60 reviews on two platforms). It's disappointing because we go above and beyond to make sure our home is a wonderful space for guests to rent. Also, I spent time communicating with this guest before their stay about recommendations in the area etc to make their stay exceptional. It's important to note that the guest never contacted me during their stay about any of their concerns. I would have especially liked to know about the camera. There should NOT be a camera in the house; I am working with the current guest, looking into this now. We have never had a camera in the house (which can be evidenced by all of our 5 star reviews). For the guest - you need to read the amenities portion of the listing closely. They do not, and have never included a fireplace or garage parking. It says "parking available" as there are 3 driveway spaces. Also, even if the fireplace was available (which it's not), the high was over 80 degrees and burning in a wood fireplace was not allowed at the time per Bernalillo County. The shower heads are adjustable. I have never received a poor review about the shower. Also, my family and I lived in that house for over 5 years and never ran out of hot water using both heads. I wish the guest would have reached out with concerns as all of this could have been addressed.
