Gatsby vibes house in Old Oaks, close to everything

Welcome to Ol' Bluebelle. She's over 100 years old, and we've lovingly restored this classy lady's timeless Gatsby style with modern comforts. The common areas are decorated in deep, rich hues with showstopping decor. The central location near German Village and downtown is minutes away from great restaurants, cafes, shopping, and entertainment. You're walkable to Nationwide, and only six miles from the airport.

THE SPACE
Did we mention there's free parking? Ol' Bluebelle is the perfect space to host cozy couples getaways, family trips, or girls weekends, with beautiful selfie spots throughout for making memories. This spacious home has 3 large bedrooms upstairs with plush queen-size memory foam mattresses. As a bonus for our guests’ comfort, we have provided a white noise machine and fresh earplugs in the master bedroom which faces the street. The house can sleep a total of 9 people; with 2 on each of the 3 queen beds, 2 on twin air mattresses, and 1 on a twin floor mattress.

- Craft meals in our airy kitchen, fully stocked with cookware, French press, coffee maker, an assortment of teas, and a Brita water filter.
- A 40” RokuTV is located in the living room with Netflix included (additional apps like Pandora, Amazon Prime, and Hulu is available using your logins).
- WiFi is strong and fast throughout the house.
- A Nest thermostat controls the central heat and air conditioning.
- Find the washer and dryer conveniently upstairs with laundry detergent.
- The back porch opens up to a large, fully fenced yard.
- Do you feel like playing indoors during your trip? We've got a full poker set and various games sure to invoke some laughs from the group; Cards Against Humanity, Exploding Kittens, and more!
- You can rest assured that the house is cleaned thoroughly between guests, but we make it a point not to use harsh chemicals or fragrances, for those with sensitivities or allergies.
- Free parking pad for 2-4 cars in the back of the house and free street parking surrounding the house!
- Your comfort is our first priority. If there is anything you need during your stay, we will be on-call to assist you quickly.

GUEST ACCESS
While staying here the house and yard will be your private oasis. The kitchen has tea and coffee, and there's a French press in the pantry for your morning brew. There's plenty of free parking on the parking pad in the backyard and on the street, and it's a short drive to all Columbus has to offer. If you plan to park in the back, be aware that the alleyway is a bit bumpy in spots. Just look for the big blue house to know where to pull in.

HOUSE RULES
We require guests to sign a rental agreement during booking to confirm they have reviewed the house rules.

SECURITY
For your safety, we have deadbolts on the front and back door with unique codes for each guest group, an alarm system, and outdoor security cameras at both doors.
