◇ First floor has 1 bedroom with a King size bed and a hall bathroom with a shower.
◇ Second floor has 1 bedroom with a King size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Twin XLs.
◇ Upstairs hall bathroom has a shower.
◇ Queen pullout in Family Room

* Rental Agreement MUST be completed and signed within 36 hours of booking.
* Security deposit of $750 will be reserved 3 days prior to arrival (see House Rules).
* Maximum Overnight Occupancy for Water's Edge is 8 guests.
* Maximum Daytime Occupancy for Water's Edge is 10 guests.
* All Lake Escape homes are dog-friendly and allow up to 3 dogs ($150 per pet fee applies) Cats are not permitted.
* Unlimited, Complimentary firewood is provided.
* Complimentary propane is provided for use with the outdoor grill.
* Complimentary kayaks, standup paddleboards and lifevests are provided.
* All of our homes feature private docks. Please check with us to confirm depth at specific homes as lake levels change seasonally.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! The hosts thought of everything! My family enjoyed the kayaks, SUPs, fire pit, fishing, frisbee golf, games, fully stocked kitchen, the beds were extremely comfortable, I could go on and on! We will be back!

Excellent property...hosts were great to work with, and the house was well stocked with everything you could think of. We will definitely look to stay at this property or even one of their other properties for future visits.

The one thing we have noticed with this property is that everything was available at our fingertips. It was perfect not to have to bring things I would normally bring on vacation. No detail was left undone. The house was immaculate and plenty of activities for my family to do. It was peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake was a beautiful backdrop to our vacation. Check-in was easy and our hosts were readily available if needed. The kitchen was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful lake getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing, and the house had all that we needed. The owners really thought of everything for a getaway on the lake. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend to friends!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The home was completely outfitted with everything, inside and out. If it wasn't there, Walmart was a few minutes away, but delivered quickly, and the Food Lion was right around the corner for groceries and stuff.The outdoor space was almost better than the indoors. Both exceeded our expectations.I caught so many fish from the dock that I got tired and stopped. It was amazing. My Mom spent the week reading in 15 different places, the dock, sofa, firepit, swing, hammock, the list goes on, all with wonderful views.We will absolutely be returning to Lake Norman. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful lake retreat.

Had everything we needed

It’s hard to find a place on Lake Norman with a nice dock and private boat ramp that is also reasonably pet friendly but this was it! Very cute house and the hosts thought of everything. Would definitely vacation here again or any of their other locations!

Great location and amenities

We really enjoyed our stay Lake Escape’s Water Edge. The house was just as advertised. It was very comfortable and well stocked. We really liked spending time outside and on the dock. The views were amazing!! We hope to go back next year!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Our stay here was wonderful. We had 2 couples and 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The inside and outside were very well maintained and clean. Communication was very easy with any questions we had.

Wonderful experience! So much attention to every detail. All amenities you can imagine and perfect outdoor vacation….boat launch, dock, firepit, swing, kayaks, patio seating and beautiful landscaping! So beautiful and comfortable inside as well! You will not regret staying here!

Fabulous place

We loved this place. It was beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, and included everything. It was clean, cool, and well stocked with anything you might need. We grilled out one night, and ate at the table on the dock, while watching the setting sun over the lake. We would love to return sometime!

Perfect place!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. So clean and updated. Also very well stocked with kitchen & bathroom supplies. Outside space was a lot of fun with the dock, kayaks, paddle boards. Would stay here again.

Adorable A-frame

Lake location is very close to several breweries and local attractions. Loved the clean lined decor that tied in the architecture of the house. Very well appointed coffee bar and the owners were very responsive.

Wonderful Place and Great Host!

This property was perfect for our getaway. It is right on the water with beautiful views! The inside is bigger than we expected. Rooms are all decorated nicely. Jessica our host went above and beyond to help us. We plan to come back for another stay!

Thank you for considering Lake Escape. We are a brother-sister duo that have been working together our entire lives. We created Lake Escape when we moved to Lake Norman with our families a few years ago. We realized that we needed to share our love of the lake with vacation goers year round.

We, along with our families, have created lakefront vacation spaces that are warm and welcoming, fun and adventurous, and comfortable and cozy all while being affordable and providing all of the conveniences of home. We strive to provide a lake vacation experience that exceeds your expectations and creates memories for a lifetime.

We are always accessible. We love hearing from our guests. There is nothing we want more than to hear that you are returning for another stay. Please take a moment to read some of our reviews. Our previous guests do a way better job than we do at describing what Lake Escape truly means.
