Sangria Sunset is the perfect destination for fishing getaways. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is situated just a few steps away from Little Bay. With its amazing amenities and cozy interiors, you will surely enjoy your relaxation getaway.

The cottage features two decks, both of which offer water views. You can enjoy your first cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Little Bay Club amenities include a 150-ft fishing pier with a fish cleaning station and a tropical-themed community swimming pool.

Inside, you will discover bright and comfortable coastal living. The cozy open-floor plan allows the whole family to enjoy time together. Whether you are watching a movie or cooking in the kitchen, everyone can participate. You will enjoy a restful night's sleep with soft linens and fluffy pillows. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

Sangria Sunset is just minutes away from the excitement of Rockport Beach and downtown Rockport. You will never run out of fun things to do. You can spend a day beachside, splashing in the water, or watch the boats in Rockport Harbor. You can also explore the quaint shops for a memorable souvenir or visit the Fulton Mansion Historic Site, Goose Island State Park, The Big Tree, and The Texas Maritime Museum to learn about the scenic history of the area. There are also many delicious restaurants along the coast.

Cute little cabin. The outside garbage had not been emptied and was overflowing and smelled bad. Great location.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. Super close to the beach and the house had everything we needed for the weekend. The pool is an added bonus. We hope to visit again soon!

Sangria Sunset is a lovely cottage. Our favorite thing was sitting at the pool and watching all the hummingbirds and butterflies in the plantings. The landscaping is absolutely perfection. I wish there was somewhere to hang clothes. Beware there is no closet. Other than that, we enjoyed it immensely.

Nice and cozy

We had a great time! It was a very clean house! It had everything we needed, my children wanted to stay another night! We loved the fishing pier and the location was close to HEB and Walmart if we needed anything! If you are looking for a nice cozy place, thisbis the place for you!

Great Place for pease and quite

Weve been coming for three years for mothers day and this was a great get away, we did have a lot of catch and release but was fun. The pier doesnt have lights all the way down but we brought our own. Over all great please and convenient all the stores. The cottage very homey like.

We booked this property for a quick trip to hang out with our daughter, son-in-law and new grandbaby who live north of Corpus Christi. It was a great location near the water with a pier directly across from the property plus an easy drive to everything in Rockport. This property also has a beautiful resort style pool. When we checked in around 4:00 pm on a Saturday we noticed it wasn't very cool, so we lowered the thermostat but after an hour the temperature had not dropped. I texted the emergency number and she responded right away. Someone came out and brought us two window units until they could get an AC tech out. It cooled down quickly and everything was fine. Early the next morning they called to check on us and ask if we would like someone to come out that day or wait until we left. We opted to wait until we had checked out the next morning. We were mainly there to see our new grandbaby, and it was a great stay.
