This place was a perfectly placed home, close to the strip and offered the perfect amount of space for our family and guests who accompanied us during our stay. The host is very prompt when any issue arises and extremely friendly. If youre looking for a great, affordable visit close to the strip. This is the VRBO i would recommend!

The host is super responsive! The place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The only problems i ran into were the remotes weren't working but they fixed that right away. I highly recommended this property.

Pretty decent location for not wanting to be on the strip. About a 15 min car ride to strip. Was more than enough room for our group of 8. Has some interesting charm to it. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice Home!!

The pool was great! The beds were comfortable. Temperature of home was so nice in Vegas heat. The area was a bit questionable and loud from traffic but better than the strip. Great family get away as we all came in for a wedding. Super comfy.

Wonderful outdoor space

Large house. 5 miles from strip or downtown. Great kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat. Wonderful covered outdoor space. If it had been warmer we would have enjoyed the pool. Looked very inviting. Thank you for being a part of getting our family together.

We chose to stay off the strip for a one week show. Super convenient. 10 minutes to the convention center. We were 15 minutes from anywhere on the strip.

perfect for our wedding party

The house was great. When we arrived i did notice the trash cans outside were full. The house was clean it looked just like the pics. The pool was clean and the seats outside were nice also ,I did ask the host if there was a BBQ she stated yes but no BBQ, they did have a lil fire pit table looks like it was used as a BBQ but was not what i was expecting. The house is on a busy street a bit loud at times but all in all the house was PERFECT

Omg This property is exactly as its described. We loved everything. It was so spacious we were a group of 14 people .it was so spacious and convenient we even had an extra bed . And the pool in the backyard made our experience even better .our kids loved the pool The entire property was very clean ,well maintained and very convenient ,very close to all the shopping area .and fast food and restaurants is every munite away . The strip is 10 mins away .we love love love this property. We 100% recommend the property .also this property owner kept in contact with us the entire time we were there . thank you for having us .

This was a terrible experience, unfortunately. It started with me reaching out to the host three times with questions since I booked in August, and getting nothing until two days before my stay. I booked for a family holiday and the house was dirty, toilet seats and towel racks were super loose, the remotes to the tv’s were either missing or non working, and when I communicated my concerns to the host, she lied and accused me of misplacing them or finding spare parts in the garage to say that the broken remote was found in there. She also lied and said she checked the house two days prior to our stay, and said everything was in top working order. The house itself is very run down and is in the corner of two busy streets so it was loud and not safe if you bring small children or dogs. I can deal with missing hand soap, limited dishes, no cleaning supplies and other items that should be on hand, but a dishonest and inattentive host is a whole other story. The maintenance people came out on Thanksgiving which was embarrassing for me in front of my family, and they didn’t fix or resolve anything and just kept saying they apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing and I highly recommend you avoid this house or any owned by this host.

A Nice House with an Amazing Host...

The home had more room than we needed so that worked out well. The pool was great to have and my 50th birthday party was a blast. Between the living room, the dining area and the seating outside by the pool, we had room for everyone and everyone had a great time. The location is also great for getting to the strip quickly, it was about $15 on average for a Lyft to the Strat. The road noise was a bit much, it's a corner house so you have to expect a bit of traffic, I recommend comfortable ear plugs for sleeping. The showers with the tall multi-head options were really cool and functional. You could get a full shower or a quick rinse from the pool with the wand. The air conditioning was great, it was a perfect space to get out of the heat. A quick thanks again to the host who was very communicative and accomodating to our needs.

Less than an hour from our scheduled checkin time, host asked us to checkin at 5p instead of 4p and offered later checkout in exchange for the inconvenience. We arrived at 5:30p and there were 3 men installing a (used) microwave in the kitchen. They cleared out by 6p and left a box of screws, etc. on the counter. There were empty boxes, wood pieces, and rusty saw blades left on the property. Portions of the home definitely not as pictured in the listing. Missing cabinet pieces and ceiling moldings in the kitchen, half the outdoor furniture around the pool than pictured, no hammock, one broken chair swing, warped awning due to dripping AC unit, disconnected dishwasher hose that leaked yucky water under the sink and all over the floor. The beds and bathrooms were clean, but there were only towels in 2 rooms when we arrived. Had to contact the host for dishwasher full of dirty/smelly dishes, dishwasher hose, and more towels. The next morning, they sent a plumber to fix the hose and their cleaner with additional towels and brand-new hair dryer and iron. Parties are allowed, but we had to find a different venue for my son's wedding reception when we saw the state of this rental. I think the realtor used staged pics from Zillow in this VRBO listing.

So when we arrived, the house looked okay, but the more we looked around the house did not match the pictures very well, it was also pretty dirty.. there was trash in the back yard all over the place. and you could tell the inside wasn’t properly cleaned. the dishes were dirty and the house didn’t provide basics.. we had to buy paper towels just to be able to wipe things down, there were no details on where things are or what needs to be done for check out..

The most mis-represented house I’ve ever seen

I can’t believe this is what I have to go through to write this review. I have been charged for a stay a never spent. These people are con artists and refused to discuss anything or come to resolve the absolute disaster that was the house we arrived at. Dirty kitchen, spoiled food in fridge, beds not made with dirty sheets on them, missing pieces of cabinets, tiles missing from bathrooms, pool that hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like months, no pictures matched up from the same angle. Trash house and they still wanted us to pay for it! Currently disputing the charge with VRBO. DO NOT BOOK!

WORST VRBO EVER

Please DO NOT stay here! One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Pictures do not match. The whole place was absolutely filthy. The guests ended up mopping the floors. The pool was so dirty and do not match the pictures. But know what is the WORST? The communication with the hosts! Know how you can reach them? Through Vrbo Support Center! Otherwise, they will dodge all of your communications. Because of the lack of communication, we spent half of our stay not swimming due to the disgusting uncleanliness. After the stay, I expected to be reimbursed for my horrible experience. They only gave me $100 for all of the issues mentioned above. That is really rich as the average cost per guest was almost $200. The hosts were not willing to recognize their mistakes or negotiate. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Run! Don't walk away from this property!

I booked this property for a work trip, only to find it in a shockingly neglected state: overflowing trash, dirty floors, used bedsheets, and unclean bathrooms. The situation was not just embarrassing but untenable for my team's stay. Communication with the hosts, Pete and Sandy, was frustratingly delayed. My urgent queries remained unanswered until 3:00 PM the following day, confirming their cleaner's failure. This forced me to arrange an immediate hotel stay for my staff on the first night and find alternative accommodations after that, incurring substantial additional costs. Despite my efforts and submission of photo and video evidence to VRBO, I am still battling for a promised refund two weeks later. The hosts’ denial of the property's condition, contradicting their manager's admission, further complicates the matter. This experience has been financially burdensome and has significantly undermined my trust in VRBO. Potential renters should be wary of this property and the hosts’ lack of accountability and responsiveness. The situation highlights the need for reliable host communication and adherence to VRBO standards.

A little disappointed

Communicating with the host before arrival was great. Tried to call her as we were leaving the grocery store to see if we could check in a bit early. Had to leave msg. No response. We went ahead and checked in 30-35 min. early as we had frozen food. Someone came to do a walk-through shortly after we arrived. There were 9 of us. Only 8 towels. There were rolls of tp on the holders and another couple for the 3 bathrooms-that was it. The gal said she would bring more "tomorrow." We asked her why the pool was so "cloudy?" She looked and quickly said she'd have the pool guy come clean it. We exchanged numbers. I did text her to see about what time the pool guy would be there as we were anxious to jump in, as that was going to be our long pool day. He was just getting there as we were leaving for our 7 pm dinner reservation. At 1:40 on Saturday I sent a text confirming tp would be dropped off. They did bring some. BUT,by far the most disturbing thing was that first day, within 45 min. of being there, the girls were upstairs picking rooms/beds and getting swimsuits on. One gal came down and showed me the bottom of her foot. It was seriously black. I immediately texted a picture of the foot (wish I could post it here) and asked if there was a mop. I was told there was a mop in the garage with the cleaning supplies. We mopped the downstairs but there was not enough solution to mop upstairs. We did get a response to the pic "OMG, I just walked the property and it was clean."

Hello Traci, I hope you are doing well. As per your reservation, you are a total of 9 guests. After the cleaning team cleaned and prepared the home around 3:30 pm to make sure everything was up and running for your stay. To our surprise, your group checked in 40 mins. earlier than check-in time without any request for approval, and normally we charge extra for that, but we were ok with it. When we checked the property before leaving I noticed that you needed more toilet paper/ towels, which we immediately provided. I also checked for towels and counted them. By the bathtub, after you checked out, there was a total of 20 towels for your group of 9, which is more than enough. Regarding the pool one of the ladies in your group complained about how it was warm, there is not much we can do because of this Vegas weather over 110 degrees the day of your stay, you requested for it to be cleaned and we sent a gentleman to take care of that. I know it can be frustrating but there's not much we can do with the weather. During your stay, we messaged asking if everything was ok, and you didn't respond on VRBO. We do our best in providing excellent service and comfortable accommodations for our guests. And we do appreciate your feedback on our improvement. Best regards, Sandy and Pete
