Highlights of this property include a private hot tub, garage parking, a cozy fire pit, and a game room equipped with a 75" Smart TV. As you approach the neighborhood, towering pine trees evoke a quintessential Montana ambiance.

Step inside to discover a welcoming open-concept kitchen and living space, complete with comfortable seating and a 65" smart TV. The kitchen features ample dining options, including a kitchen table, outdoor dining area, and island seating. On the main level, you'll find the master suite with a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub, and a smart TV. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over full bunk bed, share a full bathroom.

Upstairs, another expansive living area awaits, along with two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom offers a queen bed, while the other features a twin over full bunk bed. The living room boasts a 55" smart TV, electric pinball, foosball, and a convenient mini-fridge.

Any infraction or violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine or immediate termination of the short term rental agreement. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests and 3 vehicles. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No parties. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING GLACIER NATIONAL PARK. Tickets must be purchased to travel on Going-To-The-Sun Road from May through September.

Wonderful family home

Whitefish Spring Break

This home was just as depicted in the photos and the property description. Lovely and very well-maintained. Everything worked perfectly and communication was excellent with hosts for ease of check-in, etc. Our family very much enjoyed our time and would return again for a future visit!

Great place for a group

Stayed here with some friends and had a great time. It was clean and big. The main floor eating/living area held all of us very comfortably. Would stay here again.

The house is absolutely wonderful! We were so busy at glacier national park that we didn't even get a chance to enjoy the firepit, or the fireplace. We would definitely return. Lots of little things like laundry detergent, spices, olive oil, shampoo, conditioner - all an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The entire house was nicely decorated, the reclining couches a big hit with the kids and adults alike! And the kitchen stocked with brand new green pans. Thank you for hosting us and being so responsive as well!

Very nice property in a perfect location’s

Property was very clean and well furnished. It was perfect for our group on 10 skiers. Grocery shopping was close by and there was many nice places to eat out. The hot tub was perfect after a hard day of skiing. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and I and a few of our friends stayed here for our trip to GNP. Awesome location, quiet street. The house was clean, spacious and had all amenities, even everything we needed in the kitchen to prep meals! Would definitely stay here again!

Great summer getaway

Beautiful home! Well equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The upstairs family room is a great added bonus. Highly recommend renting a corn hole set for some fun competition after a long day of shopping, boating or park exploration.

Beautiful house with lots of room

The house was clean and open. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Great location between all the activities we wanted. And easy to get in and out oftneighborhood.

Excellent Overall Rental

The house was very clean and tidy. The owners/managers were extremely responsive (1-2 hours from sending emails). We had a family ski weekend with 8 adults, more than enough room. Nice to be out of the actual town, but still close to both Whitefish and Kalispell. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back!

Great house, good location, great amenities

The house is well-kept and has modern amenities. It's about a half-hour from the east Going-to-the-Sun entrance of Glacier. Will actively look for this property again if I have the chance to be in the area again.

Whitefish shred trip

Stay was great. Property was perfect for us. My only complaint would be the kitchen could use a few more things. A few items were broken. Can opener. Cork screw. Other than those minor details it was great, and having the hot tub right on the deck was perfect.

Spacious and Comfortable

Great layout and very comfortable for our extended family of 5 adults and 4 children (6 thru 9). The decor enhanced the feeling of being in Montana. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed using the grill and fire pit. Only frustration was with the inconsistent internet service.

Summer Stay

Convenient location 10 minutes south of Whitefish and 15 minutes north of Kalispell. Walking distance to nearby coffee stop and gas station. Open kitchen and living room, gas grill for cooking out, sunshades on back patio (faces west). Would suggest fire pit needs chairs...enjoyable stay.

Amazing vacation!

The stay at Bear Trail was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we stepped inside the front door our family fell instantly in love, and felt so at home! Our kids LOVED the upstairs gaming room, and the yard. They kept asking us the whole time if we can just buy the house and move there. Responsiveness from the host was speedy! Will definitely stay again when we come back to town!!

Girls Weekend

For us 6 women... this was a spacious place. The home is very inviting and welcoming. We found the living conditions and beds very comfy and cozy. We were able to park our vehicles in the garage as well... which was very helpful since it was snowing. We had zero complaints or problems once we arrived onsite. Hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Great getaway, beautiful house!

This house was perfect for 7 of us ladies! Comfy, clean and private! Downside unfortunately was the hot tub. We appreciate you sending someone over however it was still too dirty and murky for us to go in. We did book this place with hot tub being number 1 priority so we were quite disappointed there. Otherwise we will definitely return!
