Easy access to this condo as it is on the same level as the entrance from the parking lot. Comfortably furnished. Gas fireplace in the living area is a great spot to relax after a long day on the slopes. Another spot to relax in is the outdoor heated pool at North Peak. This is a great condo even for the non-skier to enjoy. Staying right at North Peak is one of the best spots to be at Sunday River! The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Excellent ski vacation

We stayed at this property over February break. The condo was in the perfect location. We had access to one lift right there, ski in, ski out. We also had access with a very short walk across the parking lot to another lift. I’m sorry I don’t remember the lift names! But the trails were all great and not having to drive to get on a lift was the best. The property had everything to cook meals and the kids loved playing the WII after a day of skiing! Best we’re comfortable and everything was as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall great stay, easy check in and check out. ski in ski out is always a plus! Bring your own pool towels and boot/mitten driers as those weren’t provided.

Great stay at North Peak

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this unit and we returned to it because it has absolutely everything we needed for our stay and we loved being able to ski in/ski out. The unit is cozy and comfortable and was sparkling clean. Our one negative was that the mattresses need updating. We could feel the springs in the twin mattresses and the primary bedroom mattress was quite uncomfortable.

Overall fantastic stay. It is truly a ski on/off location which is also perfect for beginner skiiers b/c you ski onto the bunny slope down to main lifts. Julia was very helpful especially when we weren't sure if mountain would be closed. The pool was wonderful after a long day of skiing and also had a changing room (which I was not aware about from the listing). The only thing I would mention is while the lockers for skis/boots is nice, it is not big enough for a full family of skiiers. We had to store 2 pairs of boots in the car (not a big deal but wanted to make sure others aware). The place however is more than spacious enough to accommodate a large family. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great Ski In/Out

Loved our stay here. Condo was clean, kitchen had almost everything we needed for our meals at home. Location was PERFECT! We have mostly newbie skiiers in our family of 7 and this condo is so close to lots of green lifts so it was the perfect choice for our family. We unfortunately had to leave early due to a very large storm that would affect us driving back home, and management went above and beyond to help get unforeseen complications settled. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sunday River! Great rental.
