The ultimate photo worthy getaway for your Nashville vacation. Enjoy a newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath condo filled with tons of music inspired personality. Featuring a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is easy and complementary. Walk to any midtown bar or restaurant or take a quick Uber ride to the Honky Tonks, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium. There are very few places that are more centrally located to everything Nashville has to offer!

Once booked you will receive a welcome email from the property manager, Seth. You will also receive information about things to do and places to go right before your stay. The day of, you will receive check-in/out instructions. At anytime, if there is a questions, you will have a direct communication with Seth via, phone, text or email, whichever is best for you!

Music Row is a legendary area in Nashville. You are right down the street from where the biggest names in country music worked and recorded albums.

You will have access to free parking on the premises. Everything else is a short walk or Uber away!

It was clean, great location, and fit our needs for the trip. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to be walking distance to Broadway but not right on top of it. We went to Tailgate great pizza and brewery, Neighbors for football game & some good food.

Nashville Trip

The place was great to stay at and decorated so cute. The location was awesome right near music row and still walkable distance to Broadway. The host was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Would recommend

Perfectly located for quiet nights after spending the day in the crowds of Nashville. Host was so kind and helpful with plenty of useful advice on best restaurants.

Glad we tried it, not going back.

Pros: the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the basics. The bathroom was in good working order. The decor was cute. The location was good for our first time in Nashville. Cons: The condo wasn’t professionally cleaned: dirty baseboards, crumbs in the fridge, clothes in the dresser, and ants on the nightstand. The communication from the property manager was automated and actual responses to my questions and concerns about the ants were delayed. The condo smelled like the cooking and smoking from below at night. The building looks like motel from the outside and the condo is in an alley. Very Uber driver we had asked if we really wanted to be dropped off in an alley.

I was skeptical at first, because of what the outside looks like, but I didn’t need to be because the area is very safe and lovely. It had a college town vibe with Vanderbilt just down the road, and just 1.5 miles from the strip. The location is right in the heart of music row, so you can walk around Music Row without having to Uber. If you’d like to walk, you could walk down to the strip, but I took an Uber, which was cheap because we were so close. The inside of the property was in excellent shape. You can tell it was recently renovated, very clean, and the beds were comfy. It slept six of us comfortably. The only thing I wish was there was a small table to eat on if needed. But we did find trays in the closet to eat on. I also with there were tv’s in the bedrooms, and a curtain or frosted glass in the French doors in the bedroom. There was ample parking in front of the property. The decor inside was so cute!!! Made you definitely know you were in Nashville!

Overall seemed a little dingy. The doors to the main bedroom are glass so there is very little privacy depending on who you plan to travel with. There were no extra blankets for the pull out couch so really there’s just 2 usable beds. Also, the parking situation is poor. Outdated parking lot in an alleyway. My car was hit and now has a scratch on the door and wheel. There appears to be a camera but hosts were quick to dismiss me when I inquired about them. the neighbor let me know that the camera is only for looks.
