Stairs to Unit-
To reach the townhome, guests must descend a stairway from the parking lot to the lower section of the condo cluster. The climb back up is approximately 35 steps.
HOA Agreement Requirement-
At least 72 hours prior to the start of your reservation, a completed and executed Home Owner’s Association agreement is required. By signing the agreement, guests agree to follow all HOA rules and regulations. This is required by both the town and the HOA.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the home and to the Village at Camelback clubhouse and amenities as outlined above.
Important House Guidelines:
• The property has a sensitive septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Any non-compliance that results in system failure or damage will be charged to the guest.
• The minimum age requirement to book is 23. A government-issued ID will be required for verification.
• All bed linens are provided, including mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, quilts, and extra blankets for your comfort.
• Towels provided include one bath towel per guest, two kitchen towels, and one hand towel per bathroom. Pool and beach towels are not provided.
• Exterior security cameras are in use around the property.
• Check-out is promptly at 10:00am. Late check-outs will incur a charge of $50 per hour past the scheduled check-out time.
