Fabulous property and staff

Spent a week in March and had a great time at Crystal Shores. Updated property with very clean and up kept facilities. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Lots of activities as part of the resort kept kids happy. A little expensive compared to other properties in the area but sometimes you get what you pay for. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our trip to Marco Island! The Marriott Crystal Shores was a great, clean property. Great for families and kids! Tons of outdoor games, zero entry pool for our little one, and huge slide for us adults. Vacation Candy was easy to work with! We even received a beach gift from them the day we arrived. What a surprise! Thank you Vacation Candy!

Top Notch!

We stayed 7 nights in the Gulf View villa and couldn't be happier. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a fantastic view (even though it was on the side of the building, the view was still awesome). The description was 100% accurate. The balconies were enormous and allowed for dinners and relaxing for the entire family. The property itself was beautiful, especially with the new building area that just opened. It was a good mix of all ages and the place welcomed families with open arms.

Family Beach Time

Our trip started off a little hectic at check in mainly due to miss information given to us from the staff on site. I will say I picked up the phone called vacation candy and the girls went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the situation to ensure our family was totally accommodated to meet our booking expectations. Thank you again we look forward to working together in the future with any future reservation and would highly recommend vacation candy anyone. Best regards

Worth it and very enjoyable

Our family of five enjoyed this resort over Spring Break 2015. What a wonderful property. Favorites: Pool, clean room, enormous balcony (best part with amazing sunsets), game area on ground level. We were there during construction and it was not distracting, although parking was tough. The beach is long and inviting, but it is not soft sand due to the shells. Our kids loved the shells! We've been to many Marriott properties and this was wonderful - will go back. Drawback are drinks and food at the pool restaurant were very expensive - we just made our own instead!
