Guest Access:

The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country hills (including legendary Packsaddle Mountain) and embraced by the Llano River and Colorado River arms of constant-level Lake LBJ, Kingsland boasts miles of Texas’ most sought-after lakefront property.



There are three popular state parks within easy driving distance:

Inks Lake State Park; Longhorn Cavern State Park; and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area



The famous “Slab” on the Llano River is one of the area’s favorite swimming holes, and Kingsland Community Park provides public access to the lake.



Getting Around:

A car is required to getting around the Kingsland area as Taxis are limited



Other Things to Note:

-- Policies --

- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced by the community. Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum.

- No smoking

- Non-Refundable Pet Fee $172.29 (Tax Included) Per Pet / Per Stay. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $1000 dollar Penalty. There is a maximum of 2 pets. No cats are not allowed.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.

- Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior space

Holiday Family Reunion

Everything was absolutely perfect for our Thanksgiving get together with three generations of family members. There was adequate sleeping and baths as well as both outdoor and indoor seating. We all agreed we want to come back this summer!

Memorial Day 2024

A few issues arose during our stay with things not working, but staff was easy to get in touch with and called quick to get it rectified, it worked for awhile then quit again but house was wonderful with plenty of room, wished pool was a little bigger but overall great time
