This house is unique and boasts many activities. It sits on .6 acres with a fully fenced in yard. It is within walking distance to downtown (1 m) and close to Highlands Event field. Augusta is only 25 mins away. Come sit around the fire, swing on a swing, play bucket golf, tether ball or enjoy a game of magnetic scrabble. Walk to the park (1/4 mile from the house). This house also features a "Caddy Shack" where you can swing a club, play darts, arcade game cornhole and more. There is so much to enjoy at this house.

You will immediately be in the living room which is very spacious and has a few seating areas that seats 8 people. You can play magnetic scrabble so you don't lose your letters or magnetic tic tack toe. There are wood floors through out the first floor in a beautiful coffee stain.

Covers are provided for the sofa and loveseat if you are bringing your fur baby. There is also a dog bed, bowls and some treats available.

Off the oversized living room there is a unique area which leads to two large downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom in between. The downstairs bathroom has a gorgeous shower/bath tile and is fully equipped with all the necessities. Each bedroom has a floor fan, USB ports and blinds. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a King bed.

Off the other side of the oversized living room is a large bright laundry room.

The kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, granite countertops, all black stainless appliances including a French door refrigerator and an oven that has the ability to Air-Fry.

Off the kitchen is a back door with a doggie door (medium sized) that leads to the fenced in yard.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, the one to the right has an en-suite bathroom (this is the only bathroom upstairs) with original green tile yet a modern sink and a LED touch screen mirror. To the left is another bedroom with two twin beds and a desk area. Both have large open closets and window units for heat and a/c.

Outside in the fully fenced in yard there is a fire pit, a swing, picnic tables, disc golf, corn hole, and the "Caddy Shack". The "Caddy Shack" has a dart board, arcade game and a large area to work on your swing or just have fun hitting the target (supplied with soft golf balls and some clubs).
