I'm a retired public health nurse, a proud mom of four, and grandma to ten amazing grandkids. I love meeting people from all walks of life and sharing everything I can about this special corner of the Sierra Nevada. Tuolumne is full of beauty, history, and outdoor adventures—from fishing and hiking to museums and Gold Rush landmarks—and I truly enjoy helping guests discover all it has to offer.
When I’m not tending my garden or baking something sweet, I’m usually doting on my four backyard chickens (I call them “My Girls”) or exploring antique shops and thrift stores in the area. I live in the main part of the house and I'm just four blocks away from my daughter and her family—this neighborhood means a lot to us.
Hosting at Cozy Quarters is my way of sharing my love for this town. I take pride in creating a clean, cozy, and peaceful space for guests to relax, recharge, and experience the magic of Tuolumne County.

The neighborhood is peaceful, friendly, and full of small-town charm. I live just a few blocks from my daughter and her family, which is one of the reasons I chose this home—it keeps me close to the people I love. You’ll often hear birds chirping in the mornings and see neighbors out walking their dogs.
We’re just one block from the Tuolumne Memorial Hall and park, where something fun is always happening—especially in the summer with live music, quirky events, and local fairs. What I enjoy most is how connected everything feels. From my front porch, I can look out at the mountains, and within minutes be on a trail, at the lake, or enjoying a community event.
It’s a quiet spot that still gives you easy access to all the beauty and history Tuolumne County has to offer.
