The space includes indoor dining tables, modern bathroom & cozy bedroom with a brand new queen sized bed & hi-def 32 inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon FireTV.

There are two dedicated off-street parking spaces that are well-lit.

This was an affordable and convenient basement studio with private entrance - great for a 2 week stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the AC was very efficient - cold even on some exceedingly hot days. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills rental, this place is great. The bed supports were broken, but the host had someone there the next day to repair. The fridge is a mini fridge with separate freezer, not full size. Laundry facilities are shared with the host, so it was a little awkward to figure out when to do laundry, but in the end it was fine. The listing indicates a hot tub, patio, and fire pit - none of which were evident.

Quiet place to stay

This was great for our stay. Nice place to come back to at the end of the day. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and being a lower level there is no traffic noise either. Great communication with the host and the description of the listing is accurate. Enjoy!

Lovely and quiet place

We were very happy with the listing. Exactly as it shows and easy to find. A great spot for us as we attended graduation at the Naval Academy. Plenty of places to eat close by. We had the best crab cakes at Pappas! Parking was right outside the house and it was so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent. Absolutely recommend this little gem.

Everything worked out. Convenient location. Clever setup for studio. Mattress a lite soft. Suggest leaving extra toilet paper and pillowcase antibacterial covers for under cloth pillowcases. Nice place. Cleaning staff should probably vacuum under bed drawers...lots of dust inside. All else was clean and neat. Host very nice and responded quickly to all questions prior to visit. Thanks.

great for weekend, in area

it is a great place for a short weekend in the area, little on the small size, and it is a basement so it lacks windows, natural light. But overall, it's a thumbs up.
