You will be ~1 mile from CSU stadium for football games, 1 block from Avery Park, 1/2 mile from City Park, near Horsetooth Reservoir for hikes and <50 minutes from Estes Park for watching elk rut.
Enjoy a centrally located, renovated, clean and quaint space packed with all necessities and common comforts. Simply unpack your suitcase.
Guests are welcomed with the essentials, K cup coffee, assortment of coffee creamers, teas. Optional turn linen service, cleaning service, dog waste clean up.
Bedrooms are equipped for comfort with Queen Tempur-pedic and King pillowtop and cooling gel topper. Choose from varying firmness pillows. USB charging bed lamps. Chest of drawers in roomy closets. Varying thickness of blankets/quilts to accommodate both warm and cool sleepers.
New LVP flooring throughout. Carefully selected furnishings to bring a fun vibe to the space.
Fully fenced backyard with 6 foot high cedar privacy fence. Outdoor dining for 4 on newly poured patio slab. Backyard shed for bike or outdoor toy storage available. Coded lock available, upon request.

Open the cabinet to access toaster, professional grade blender and a slow cooker. Brand new Zwillings JA Henckels knife set and heavy bottom stainless steel cookware. Utensils including can opener, measuring spoons, measuring cups, rolling pin, apple cutter, wine opener, ice cream scoop, vegetable peeler, pizza cutter, bottle opener, scissors, spatula, baster, ladles, mixing spoons, whisk, tongs, potato masher, colandar. Optional child locks already mounted on kitchen cabinets.

Entire, private side of a side by side duplex. There are no shared entrances or spaces. The backyard is fenced in and not shared with neighboring unit. The adjacent unit is rented (long term) by a very kind and quiet couple.

Locally owned breweries, cafes, wide variety of food (Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai, Mexican, Japanese, American) all less than 1 mile away. Only 10 minutes to Horsetooth Reservoir and hiking. 5-10 minute drive to downtown Fort Collins.

This unit is near the action of lots of great restaurants, breweries, cafes, grocery store and gas. As expected, you will hear traffic noise while outside the unit. The interior of the unit is generally very quiet, but you may hear some outside noise during your stay. Ring doorbell camera is installed for safety (on the left side of the front door) for safety of tenants. If you park in front of unit (in front of sidewalk), your car will likely be visible within camera range for enhanced security. There are NO indoor or other outdoor cameras or recording devices.
